Out of the box with an hours charge the Oregon battery chain saw exceeded expectations. Its a excellent product (but a bit pricy) and does what is intended for. Not for logs or trees as stated, but the Oregon slices through the thick brush limbs without hesitation. If you know chain saws you know the maintenance, fuel and oil requirements, so no different than the Oregon. But best of all push the button and on it roars. I use it every day and so far no problems. I bought an extra chain and chain sharpener packet but so far I have not had to open the box. No complaints here.

Shipping was just fine, It met my expectations.And I got it out of the Box and after reading the instructions it was in my hands doing the job I had intended for it to do. Plus No Gasoline or Pull cords Plus it has a Chain Sharpener built in. A great package for someone like me.

Only use on small trees/branches (10" max.). Battery life limited - my machine less than 6 months old, but charge now held for less than 5 minutes. Replacement battery very expensive. Self sharp ok, but needs constant replacement (no after sales in GB). Convenient for small jobs.

Awesome product, worked great. Charge lasted about 1-2 hours, cut great, stayed sharp.

This saw lived up to its reputation. I am not disappointed.

I've used mine twice without any problems, Cuts fast and holds charge longer than I needed, So I would highly recommend this unit for someone wanting a simpler operating, dependable starting, quieter, cleaner option to the gas model I have and may never use again.

Seems to work well and is very handy for trimming limbs while I'm up a ladder. Heavier than I expected, but needs to be considering the size of the battery and diameter of the limbs and trees. Would really like it if I didn't think how much it cost every time I use it.
