Just what I needed for my new kitchen. Nice and sturdy.

The documentation shows you can place a Cain link onto the hooks. You cannot. The links are too small to fit. Only the open chain ends will work. I had to use the four post method and had to double the chain in order to get the chain to fit into the ceiling hooks and the rack holes. There should be an option to properly trim the chain to fit the proper length needed for a particular application… doubling worked for me, thank goodness. Whew!

It was a little warped but with about 5 minutes of adjustment-not an issue. Looks great and installed easily.

My partner's son easily installed the rack and we now can't imagine how we got along without it!

The 4.75" hooks are larger than the hooks that come with this. I don't think you can find the same sized hooks separately. All of the screws were loose and some were quite stripped. Seems a decent quality by design but the one I received must have been made on a Monday. I expected better, but it will work. I would definitely be disappointed if I was trying to put together a top-notch kitchen. The first time I attempted to post this review it was flagged for the screws being stripped and not put in all the way as a shipping complaint. There is no way either could have happened during shipping.

Was easy to assemble, very aesthetically pleasing. Made all the differencein the world for our kitchen!

This pot rack is gorgeous and sturdy. It really added some class to the kitchen, while freeing up some major cabinet space! Setup instructions were pretty clear too - my husband was able to install it very quickly.

This was great, it looks just like I wanted and is much stronger than I had expected. The hooks that hold it in the roof are huge. The only thing to know before you buy this is that it's designed to hang from roof trusses that are spaced 24 inches apart, so check the mounting location and make sure you have something that will work. My house is really old so the spacing was different and the chains are at a slight angle. Also it's designed for 8.5 to 9 ft ceiling height, so if your space is not that tall you may need to shorten the chains. I had to double the chains as my ceiling is only 8 ft. It still looks great and solved my problem of storage for pots and pans, the hooks even hold the lids!

It looks perfect and is great for the price. The guys who installed it had to go and buy sturdy anchors to hang it from the ceiling. They doubted it would hold otherwise. They also had to shorten the chain to get it to hang higher and had to cut some links to make it work. Definitely get pros to install it.

Great Pot hanger & easy to install

We like this rack a lot but it could be improved. The chain hanging system is a little awkward because you have to double up the chain to hang the unit higher up, nearer to the ceiling. Otherwise it's good and meets our needs.

Good pot rack. Although the eye bolts that hold it up broke when trying to install. Had to replace with stainless steel ones. Good price, and holds alot of pots and utensils

It looks great. It was made for a higher ceiling than we have, but a little tinkering made it fit perfectly.

Very nice pot rack. I ordered in the oiled bronze finish, very nice look in my kitchen. Very high quality for the price. The ceiling bolts were huge, would not fit in the middle of the chain, only the end. Since I wanted a different drop down height I found some smaller, but sturdy bolts. Works best with at least a 9’ ceiling. I would recommend this item.

Everything went well, but the ceiling bolts should be closed rings! Have had incidents where the chain hooks have popped off and fallen. I used the 2 hook hanging directions.

Love my new pot rack. works wonderful and gives my cast iron pots and pans a wonderful place to live and to be shown off. love all the space it gives for extra hooks and the large open shelf on top to display things. well worth the money and easy to install.

Real sturdy and worth the buck!

Looks good and functions great, it was missing some screws when it came out of the box, I found them all but one. Asking customer service to get me a matching screw.

I love it!!!!! I wasn't quite sure what I was getting, but when it came and I had it installed, it turned out perfectly! My sister loved it so much, she got herself one. I live in El Paso, Texas and my oldest sister lives in Long Beach, California. We are amazed at the quality of the Old Dutch Hanging Pot Rack, its features and the color. We are completely satisfied.
