The cover needs to be packaged with a stainless steel screw. Using the screw provided in the kit will eventually rust out and cause a leak in your home. Spend the extra money and buy a package of stainless steel screws to install this cap.

This sticks out of the wall like a sore thumb. Home Depot needs to start stocking flat caps for clean outs

Perfect fit, just want I was looking for

The product is good, my only concern is it doesn't look like the picture. It has more texture to the finish then it shows in the picture and it is more bell shaped then the picture shows. It comes off the wall more then you would think. But over all it's good and it's behind my toilet, so not too big of a deal.

Exactly what I wanted .Too bad they don't carry it in the store anymore.

The cleanout cover plate is very sturdy and easy to install. I painted it the color of the wall and looks perfect!

The cover is perfect, exactly what I needed. The old cover was broken by the lawn mower so I measure the size and the new one fits perfectly. I have not drilled a hole for the screw but have a cement retaining ring that it holding it in place and that works for me. It is well worth the money and looks a lot better with a cover than without!.

My clean it extended out of the wall by a half inch. This covered it right up.
