The acrylic piece was the perfect size for my slop sink. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought this to cover a Hermit Crab Cage. Good quality and was easy to cut, shape and drill. Clear as glass and worked perfect for the application I needed.

The sheets is cracked! Now have to figure out return

Perfect size for project

Optix 48 works perfect for the project, The owners of condo’s recently installed split a/c and wanted installed into louvre window frames , works good with louvre window opened keeping cold air in and blocking out sound from the outside of building .

I needed a clear barrier to mount to the edge of the shelf that runs the perimeter of my workshop for my model trains. This worked out perfectly. I cut the sheet into 36" long by 3" strips and after drilling holes every 4 inches on one side, mounted them to the shelf that my double-track trains run on. This was needed to prevent trains from falling 7 feet to the floor in case of a derailment.

I have a dog that goes ballistic if there is a cat outside "his" window. I've been placing a baby gate across the window to prevent him from breaking the window. I found window sill protectors made of acrylic, then I cut the sheet of Optix to fit the window across the wide and to the top of the bottom half of the window. I used Velcro to attach it to the metal frame of the window. Looks fantastic and protects my window sill from scratches and the glass from breaking! Very pleased with the results.

This product was better than I expected. I needed needed a slightly different size so I had to cut them down to fit my job. The panels were easy to work with and cut nicely with a sharp utility knife.

Replaced a broken window. This acrylic is clear and strong. It does what it's intended to do. It would have got 5 starts if it had installed itself...

DIY Acrylic Sign for an event. Kinda filmsy but got the job done.

I bought this to reinforce a cracked basketball backboard. It is the same thickness and acrylic glue was used for a permanent bond. All seemed perfect until it was used and it shattered after 2 backboard shots.

I purchased to build an acrylic box for mold making. I am not new to using acrylic sheeting, go through quite a bit each year for past 15 years or so. This does not cut well at all. I tried the scoring method which generally works wonderfully, fail. Tried scoring both sides, again fail. Tried scoring 10 times on each side, fail.

Uniform white opaque color. Cuts very smoothly on a laser cutter and requires no further finishing. Seems pricey for a piece of acrylic sheet.

Good product, lightweight and easy to use.

Well packaged, scratch free, ready for pick up. Cut it to size and used it as a cover for my camper's front window.

Used to make a wedding sign, it was exactly I needed and cost effective.

I made my wife a anniversary gift. Great product and easy to use once you get the hang of it. However, it is unforgiving and can be a bully. After watching YouTube videos I decided to use a saw. The material is not as firm as glass. For that you have to spend more money and get a thicker piece.

The outer glass on our French doors broke. I decided to replace it with OPTIX. The installation went perfectly. Using a plexiglass cutter, I scored the OPTIX on the garage floor with a sheet of pasteboard underneath it and a straight 1' x 6" as a guide. The OPTIX broke evenly. I do recommend an assistant to hold the guide steady. The OPTIX is as clear as glass and looks exactly like the other French door.

I hope that once you have researched this issue, we can come to a mutual agreement about what needs to take place in order to resolve this issue. On June 14, 2021, I came to your Alhambra Store and want to return the broken acrylic sheets. Unfortunately, my request was not processed correctly as a result of cutting and gluing the acrylic sheet to build the fish tank. I felt indignity to beg for money back that I left my broken fish tank in your store. Frankly, this is unacceptable and I am disappointed that I now have to take additional time trying to resolve the problem. I am asking for your personal assistant for a quick resolution. After I started to buy the Optix Acrylic Sheet, order ID H6610-328364, to build a fish tank on your website on April 2, 2021, my nightmare has been continuing to now. On my first order, I paid $281.5. When I finished installing the fish tank, I tore off the adhesive tape on the acrylic sheet. I found a lot of cracks in the front piece. I did not choose to return the product, but I chose to buy a new one, order ID 6610 00061 43762 $73.98, on April 16, 2021, to replace it. After I finished, I found that the other piece had deep cracks which I could not repair at all. I thought it may be my fault. I decided to give up that fish tank and rebuild the new one. On Apr 22, 2021, I bought 4 more pieces of acrylic sheet, Order ID 6610-00012-06302 $207.52, and started to rebuild my fish tank again. I also bought a Sander kit, #6610-00051-04480 $79.28, on April 28 and Polisher, W864625161 $145, on May 5, 2021, for backup. But, the cracks automatically happened again in the rebuilt fish tank. On May 9, 2021, I bought another sheet, #6610-00053-09027 $73.98, to replace the crack sheet. I thought this time it would be OK, but two days later, a big crack automatically appeared on the next sheet again. On May 15, 2021, I bought another one, #6610-00060-01853 $73.98, to fix it. But when I fix that sheet, the other one will crack automatically 2 or 3 days later. I thought the fish tank may be too big to make it crack. So, I cut the size from 48 in to 40 in. And, brought the crack to the Alhambra store to return, #6610-00019-03025, and bought the new one, #6610-00053-02001, on May 18, 2021. On May 19, 2021, I found the new sheet crack inside. So, I returned it #6610-00019-03218, and brought the new one, #6610-00061-09456 to replace the crack tank again. But, on Jun 7, 2021, The automatic crack happened repeatedly on the left side of the fish tank. It really made me crazy. I decided this was the last time I repaired the fish tank. So, I cut off the left crack sheet and brought it back to return #6610-00020-08882, and bought the new one, #6610-00051-06681, again. I tried my best but I chose to surrender. On Jun 14, The big cracks happened repeatedly on the backside of the tank. I can’t stand it. So, I brought the whole tank to the Alhambra store to request a refund of the first order total of $281.5 + tax. I think it’s fair because I pay a total of $935.24 + tax. I lost a lot of money and time because the product's quality is so bad. And, I am felt indignity by your unreasonable and unfriendly Senior Staff. I really can’t stand it. I am a loyal customer who has purchased many products from your stores and online stores. In an effort to assist you, I have enclosed copies of the receipt. I would appreciate your refund or give me back the normal fish tank. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. However, please be advised that if I do not receive a satisfactory response to this request prior to 7.14, 2021, I will have no choice but to seek assistance from a Legal Advisor. I do hope that won't be necessary. Sincerely

Hard enough to place things on, soft enough to be workable.

I cut this acrylic in half keeping the 32 inch length. Then I affixed it to the bottom both sides of our sliding screen door with screen clips to protect the screen from our dog scratching and busting through, an idea I hope someone can use.

Perfect for my needs, light weight and easy to use as an artist table pallet.

By far the easiest to work with. Making some great things with this plexiglass. Using LED lighting below and behind and this stuff GLOWS. EASY TO DRILL. EASY TO CUT. That’s what counts. This is my go to plexiglass now!

I used this product as a water-proof backing for mounting a distribution manifold during my driveway re-building this past summer. I added hot water loops under the pavement, and wanted something behind the manifold mount to prevent water damage during air-bleeding procedures or in the event of a possible leak. This panel was perfect, and looks great too. Just make sure you pre-drill any holes before screwing or bolting it down.

About a month ago I used this in a custom frame of 74" X 24" for antique Japanese scroll. It was easy to cut with a Dremel tool (wear protective eye wear! Jig saw didn't work for me), clear as glass, not a blemish on it, (leave the protective film on until you're ready to put it in place), and light weight. Saved money not taking it to be professionally framed so we splurged on a custom frame at a local frame shop. Very happy with the finished product!
