Very attractive set and comfortable. 2 things to make it better. A cover for the burner part. Second, make that part a little deeper because the flame, even at it's lowest setting, blows to close to the table.

Doesn't wear well. Faded dramatically during the first summer. Material started deteriorating during the third. Additionally, fabric has a chalky residue after being exposed to the elements. Care conditions: Furniture was uncovered the first winter, covered the second. Full sun during the summer. You might have better luck if you are going to use this set in the shade. (Shoot. I can't seem to download any more pictures. Hope this is enough to give you the idea.)

Never again. I purchased a Hampton Bay Fire Pit set and in less than 4 years the stone top was crumbling apart.

I am giving this product 1 star because of Hampton bay policy. This company makes no sense to me. I purchase this fire pit set along with outdoor dining set that cost me lots of money. After the hurricane we had in Miami last year, the fire pit was put in a storage, last week my wife and i put it out and we noticed that one of the ceramic frame piece was broken. I contacted Home depot a place where my wife and i are local because that is where we purchased almost everything for our kitchen, home and ect. Hampton Bay representative told us that they could not send us the frame piece that's broken because its against their policy. We offered to pay for the piece, and they told us, we either have to buy a new or stay with the broken one. We were very surprised by their behavior. This company has lost touch with its customers, it is a shame. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HAMPTON BAY PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY FLORIDA RESIDENTS.

I purchased this product on line after much deliberation. It came in on Friday, September 1st. My husband and brother-in-law put it together on Saturday it too about 2 hrs. It looks beautiful! I love it and can't wait to use it. Its just what I was looking for and at a great price. The chairs are well made and comfortable. If their is a con it would be the stuffing in the cushion could be better, firmer. I still give it 5 starts because I will just buy some firmer foam stuffing next year to firm up the seating cushions the back ones are fine. The other con is their is no cover for the fire pit that was a disappointing but not the end of the world. I will try to find something that works to cover.

We bought our fire pit chat set on line a couple of months ago and just love it!! We've spent many hours enjoying visiting with friends and family while sitting in the comfy rockers and watching the fire. It's even perfect for chilly mountain summer morning coffees! Thank you!!

This is a beautiful set worth every $$ (& more)!! Its a high quality & sturdy set! Table is big & high enough for tiny bodies not to fall on! Chairs are big, comfy & has a lil rock to them!

Very easy to put together - excellent instructions and parts labeling. Can be arranged in many ways to fit space. This set exceeded our expectations.

Haven't had it long-less than a month, but so far, we love it! Elegant and comfortable, it's everything I wanted. We paired it with the dining set and our deck is absolutely beautiful. It took a minute to line up one screw, but other than that, no issues. The pillows got caught in the rain twice before our deck box arrived (one storm so heavy, I had to squeeze out excess water) but they dried quickly. I have to bring everything out with me (drink, book, phone, etc) because once I sit down, I have a hard time moving. This set is making me lazy.

Set wasn't too hard to assemble. initially we received 2 broken tiles in the set but Home Depot got replacements for us. Now the set looks great on our patio.

Beautiful and cozy! Easy to assemble and perfect for our patio. I love that the propane tank sits inside out of sight.

Easy to assemble and all parts were properly marked, instructions were clear and easy to follow. We really like the quality of the materials used for this patio set, very well made. We have had this product about three weeks and have really enjoyed using it, especially in the evening with the fire pit going. It has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to using it for quite some time.

Most of the time the ol saying you get what you pay for is a bad thing this time i was pleasantly surprised. I shopped around and looked at really high end and really low end and for the grand i invested i am very pleased to have saved the extra cash for other endeavers. I opted for some blue dragon glass and it looks fantastic. Yes it sucks putting stuff togethor but im pretty handy so it was an hour or so job. Quality is what you expect from over seas production but my small problems were easy to fix. You can always upgrade the cushions which home depot has a nice blue set i might invest in over time.

Took about 30-45 minutes just to get everything unpacked and staged to assemble. Once I got going it went fairly quick - just lots of parts. Using a power drill with a dog nut attachment made things go faster. The chair directions were very clear and following them was easy. One arm finish piece broke in transit but a little epoxy fixed that. The fire pit instructions were terrible, had to figure where things went by trial and error but it was fairly intuitive where things went. They don't give you enough rocks for the pit so I had to go to the store to get some more. All in all about 4 hours to completely assemble and be sitting by the fire with a glass of wine. We bought the ottomans that go with the set and are happy we did - the chairs are very comfy and the fire pit is nice - much sturdier than others we've seen at higher prices. I like that the propane tank attaches to the door and rolls out when you open it. Following the directions to start was easy and it starts and burns nicely - the max and min flame settings are almost identical so it will be interesting to see how long a tank lasts.

Opened product to put together for this as a gift from children a year ago and had moved in the process. Unfortunately my son passed away this past October and I’ve been very upset and depressed as you can imagine. Now I find NO Instruction manual bolts etc and my product has been discontinued Home Depot says they don’t believe they can get me what I need other than emailing me the instruction manual which doesn’t help if I don’t have bolts etc. I have tried calling the customer support number I was given by customer service at my local store was on hold twice for 30 minutes ZERO RESPONSE

The furniture is beautiful and brightens our patio. Unfortunately the deep cushion description does not hold up to it's name. After a month of use only a couple of hours a day, the seat cushions are flattening to the point that you can feel the frame underneath. Very disappointed in the quality of the cushions. This product is no longer available. Hoping home depot will assist us in correcting this product.

Good quality. A couple alignment issues on assembly but not very hard to get past those.

Cushions and chairs get extremely hot in the sun, and can be hot enough to burn skin. Chairs are of good quality and durable construction. Chairs are comfortable for sitting with a slight rocking motion. Seat backs are too short to rest your head without slouching way down. Fire pit has no cover.

Finally a rating you can add your feedback right from your received email. Yay!!! Anyway I always look for my outdoor furniture in Aluminum so it’s easy to move, won’t rust and feels good. This set did not disappoint. Everything is done well, at least as things go now a days lol. Right?

Excellent we love it.

It is solid, sturdy, comfortable and beautiful. Assembly was run of the mill. However, one of the solid metal plates for the chair was not the right length, causing metal to rub on metal. We had to get new holes drilled to line up with the other plate. Otherwise, LOVE THE SET!

It met expectations except last chair being assembled didn’t line up on last 2 screws. Tried calling to obtain assistance but to no avail no one has called back. It only came w/ directions in Spanish and none In English found online, so back to HD for help - again. Color of cushions are darn ugly.
