Perfect for area needed.

What happened to quality control? Ordered 3 runners. The two short ones, 3' and 4" were fine. The 11' runner has bulges, puckers, waves ( or whatever one would like to call them) along the entire length of the runner. Let the runner set on the wood floor for 48 hours with no improvement. Going to take all three of them back to Home Depot. What a disappointment.

The stair runner was high quality and bound on all edges. I expected the rug to have side binding but was impressed the ends were bound too. It was very easy to install.

When I laid out this carpet it looks like it was manufactured by a drunk person. The lines are not straight and many visible threading errors in the carpet. The binding of the ends left big gaps. Buyer beware.

we ordered this rug from Home Depot within the past 2 months in 3 different sizes. The 25 foot size runner and the 12 foot size runner were very good. The 14 foot size runner is not cut correctly or evenly. It is waiving and bubly in the middle and no matter how much we tried to make it settle it is not settling. We even purchased the double face carpet tape from Home Depot and put it all around it, but it is still not lying straight and it is still lumpy all around and in the middle.

This is exactly what was offered at Home Depot. I was given a direct line to Natco to ensure that the 8' runner would be finished on the ends. The Natco rep was pleasant, informative and reassuring. It looks great! Absolutely couldn't be more satisfied.

This was beautiful carpet but now there are tufts coming out and it is showing traffic pattern wear after only 5 months.

Went the store to see the runner sample, came home and ordered it, it arrived went scheduled. Very satisfied about half the carpet store price for a similar runner.

I am more than pleased with the stair runner I purchased. The installers even said it looked like royalty! So glad I didn't put a padding underneath. It is plush enough as it is, plus I feel a padding on the steps may have been a tripping hazard. Putting the stair runner in was the first thing I did in my new home and I will love it for years to come.

The runner turned to be more than we expected,it is so soft and comfortable on your feet. A little pricey but you have to pay for quality.

The runner is of good quality and was delivered in time. I installed thru private installers not Home Depot contractors as HD contractors way toooo expensive! and they also estimated almost 50% more material than what I used, measuring and ordering it myself.

Great quality ,colors match cinnamon oak floor with koa accent perfectly. Very classy without being too busy
