It did not say "Montego Bay" on the packaging it read "Catalina 10x12 Pergola". The color looked natural and not stained like the picture depicted. Some pieces looked old and cracked.

Not sure what other buyers expected but I put in footings one day and built the entire pergola the next. Wood quality and an error in the instructions are the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. One recurring measurement was off by one inch. I caught it in time and adjusted but it wasn't as easy as it should have been. Great looking finished product.

The other reviews are no exaggeration, this is not from IKEA, no holes or notches are pre-drilled, it's a real do-it-yourselfer. That has it's advantages and disadvantages. I felt free to customise it. I would have given it four starts if it was complete. A few parts were missing though. All in all, concidering the price, it was ok. The missing parts were not really that big a problem as they were optional, from a structural standpoint.

wood was shipped like it was thrown onto the pallet and shrink wrapped , wood wasn't cured had sap leeching out, many shiping marks and chipped pieces. poor quality wood warped and cracked. We love home depot so they should get rid of this 3rd party company . by the way home depot were very nice and returned our money with no hassles.

Very bad quality wood, hard to assemble no markings for screws. Color looks very different than the picture. Arrive 2 weeks late. Manufacturer did not get back to me on bad condition wood.
