Not what I expected from Kohler, feels like a cheap plastic knockoff. It rocks front to back even though it is tightened securely onto a cast iron sink. The lever feels like a wet wishbone that could break off at any time. The center aerator does not produce a smooth stream even though I flushed the hot and cold water before connecting it. If you buy this faucet save the paperwork, I expect you’ll be needing it for the warranty and replacement parts.

Just installed this faucet to replace a Kohler that was leaking in several locations. Install went well. Not too difficult. Disappointed once I turned on the water. The flow did not come out in a single stream. It had the main stream, but then it sputters and comes out from the edges as well. See photos for explanation. Not what I would expect from Kohler.

Had it installed when I did my kitchen. After a short while, it became difficult to pull out and set back in. Ultimately, I could no longer pull it out. I contacted cust SVC and the girl was great. She sent me a new one even though it had been a while. However, without having it installed yet, I can tell the same thing will happen. It does not slide in and out easily. This is a design issue. It has an oval shape and it really should be round. They should stop making this model.

Installed this faucet 2015. It lastest for 4 years no issues. Two years wife had issues with faucet swiveling hard. I finally ordered parts. After tearing it apart. I found the bottom swivel neck rusted. There was no way to repair it. Kohler installed a steel plated threaded fitting. It should have been plastic or brass. So I'm now stuck with parts for it. Had to buy another faucet (Delta).

Everything about this faucet is great except one very important feature - the appearance! The pull-out faucet head is not solid stainless steel, so it scratches all the time. It is very low to the sink, so just by washing dishes and pots, I find new scratches on the pull-out faucet every day. I have only had it a few months and it’s covered in scratches just from normal daily use. I have to replace it with a higher quality faucet. I would not recommend this product.

We are so happy with this faucet. Both because of how well it works and how well it looks. We installed ourselves and it was easy because of the design. I will say that we took out the sink first which made taking out the old faucet and installing the new one easier.

Looks nice and worked well until about year ago the base stopped swiveling. Then soon after the pull-out handle will no longer seat into post. And also if you turn the water on low it's shutting down. Had it maybe 2-3 years. Don't waste your money!

I was afraid to have my old ugly faucet replaced because it had a soft spray and I did not want a fast hard spray as so many faucets now have. I chose this one because of the reviews. The spray function stays on until I switch it, and my old one kept switching back to stream. I can turn on the faucet to be a trickle which is so important with water rationing. I am very happy with this faucet, and the soap dispenser gives my sink a finished look. It is easy to fill from the top.

KOHLER Mistos Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Matte Black – This was an extremely easy install and be accomplished by any skill level. Removal of the old faucet is always the most time-consuming part of the process and this was no exception; setting up the new one was a breeze. We went from a three-hole faucet to a single and with the plate, it looks great. The weight that attaches to the sprayer hose under the sink was difficult to close and required an extra hand to help clamp it while squeezing it tight. The matte black has remained clean even with our hard water; we had a concern about it leaving spots. The sprayer itself is slightly clunky to remove and put back exactly in the end of the faucet. It fits, but you really have to line it up just right. We’ve had Kohler faucets before; the style of this faucet is on point but the sprayer head feels a little light/less substantial than our experience with other Kohler products. Water flow is good with no noticeable difference from the previous faucet. The faucet swivels nicely which is good for a double sink. Make sure you line it up before you tighten the bolts or you'll need to reposition it so that it swivels where you want it to. Since install, over a week ago, no leaks or issues. The soap dispenser is a nice addition to the set and works well. We were a little disappointed that filling it with a new 20 oz bottle of soap, we had about an ounce leftover. Not sure exactly how big the dispenser bottle is, just a minor annoyance.

We ordered the Kohler Mistos single- handle pull out sprayer kitchen faucet in matte black from Home Depot for our kitchen in the main house, we have been using different type faucets for our kitchen sink, the pull downs sprayers verses the pull out, we saw the Kohler pull out faucets and really like the style, the way it is made, it is made from high quality material, also the overall design of the faucet, installation is very easy

Buy this for looks, buy it for less is definitely what this is. The quality of this faucet is truly outstanding. Everyone wants this one from me. They are making me offers so I told them to get it at the Home Depot. The price for this faucet is definitely worth the money. Even though it looks extremely expensive and simple you get an extra excitement when you are able to pull the hose out and pump your soap from the matching bottle dispenser which also comes in the same high quality material as the faucet. You would love this cause everyone who sees mines love it as well

The Kohler Mistos build quality with its fit and finish is one of the best I have seen. A few of the features are Spot Repel, Ceramic Valve, ProMotion hose and ball joint for the spray head and MasterClean Sprayface. I've never owned a Kohler kitchen faucet but have really enjoyed using their bathroom fixtures for decades. We wanted to switch to a matte black faucet to match our black granite sink and this Kohler Mistos caught our eye. We have a low kitchen window above the sink and did not want to partially block our view of the yard. It's stylish and functional with its included matching soap dispenser. It is designed for either one or multi hole installations and comes with a matching deck plate. The Kohler Mistos has a high quality copper inlet line to connect to the spray hose which is an engineering feature of much more expensive faucets. The included instructions were simple with the installation ring and flexible supply lines. The whole process took under an hour. Made in China with Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This Kohler Mistos single-handle pull out sprayer kitchen faucet looks great and very modern. Installation was super easy and only took a couple of minutes. I really like this Kohler faucet and like any of their products you can expect a solid and reliable product. This pull-out kitchen faucet is very clean, and very stylish. It has a 2 function spray head that features a spray and stream functions. The hose is 38 inches that extends beyond the sink. I installed mine without the plate as I like the single hole installation. This set also comes with the soap dispenser for a perfect math. Highly recommended due to its easy installation process and how awesome it looks once installed. Another solid product from Kohler, great quality and strong built.

The Kohler Mistos Kitchen Faucet is excellent. For the install I only needed a small crescent wrench and Phillips’s head screw driver. I really appreciate that Kohler has designed a simple yet solid installation. To me the matte black finish is clean, simple, and elegant. The single lever handle makes it easy to control. The sprayer has a swivel base which makes it easy to control and get the stream of water where you want it instead of on the floor. Easy to install, looks great, works great, and feels built to last a long time.

The Kohler Mistos single handle pull out sprayer ditch faucet in matte black with soap dispenser finally came in, did not take as long to receive as I was expecting. Had be wanting to try out a black faucet for some time and this one is cost affect. Is really easy to install but every time I put in a faucet I want to take the sink out as really don't like crawling under the sink to install, I do have a faucet tool that makes it easier to install and makes it way easier. So then is just connecting the piping to water supply and putting in the soap dispenser filling it with soap must have taken half hour to install so that was good. Now maybe I need to try a black sink?? Also the water pressure is controlled by the feds and there rules but I have well water and I control my water pressure so I don't have to worry about that

Modern, good-looking, 2-hole kitchen faucet replacement for my Kohler, white 3-hole, double-basin sink. Comes w/hand soap (or lotion) dispenser that's very easily FILLED FROM THE TOP. Love that sprayer is built into main faucet & how sprayer & hose is easily maneuvered from faucet. Had it installed by my plumber (abt a mo. ago) since it involves built-in dishwasher connection work. Very satisfied, meets my needs.

Installed in a stainless 3-hole sink. Water flow is very poor, right from the start. Instructions (and what little online help exists) say to purge the lines and clean out the screen. I did that and still piddling flow-rate. Tried to call Kohler and kept getting a "sorry - due to unusually high call volumes..." message. Was directed to check out their website. Website support page has only the above-mentioned [useless] instruction and no links for a chat or an email address for customer support. On a separate note, the backer plate (escutcheon) design was changed so it just sets over the unused hole (no clamp-down bolts as were shown in online pdf). The only thing holding the plate down is the faucet itself, so it doesn't sit very flat and I'm concerned that it will probably start leaking from the topside through the unused holes. It looks like there was a cost-saving (i.e. - product cheapening) design change at some point. I would much prefer a more secure hold-down of the two ends of the backer plate - rather than just the center.

I've installed just about every brand out there including higher end faucets like Grohe.. Moan, Delta, Gerber, and now Kohler, in the past 5 years or so I've noticed a significant change in craftsmanship... They all seem to get cheaper (the quality) every year and that's an understatement..! If you want a good flowing faucet that will last a long time you almost need to go with a commercial faucet like a "Sloan" or "Chicago faucet" that's all I'd recommend.. I was very disappointed in this Kohler.. Just has a real flimsy feel to it and don't see it lasting more than 5 years without needing repairs. Its was an easy install without a doubt.. Its as if these new faucets can be installed by anyone that's how easy they are to put in.. However, with ease comes craftsmanship and that's gone down the you know what... My "Grohe Ladylux Plus" faucet I installed over 16 years ago, its never needed a thing nor a repair.. Yeah, it costed about $600 at that time but it was money well spent. I always recommend Kohler as a top shelf brand.. NOT anymore, not after installing this light weight plastic feeling thing! Oh yeah, this replaced a Moan that was installed less than 2 years ago which had an irreparable internal leak causing water to build up slowly near the base.. Talk about a hard diagnosis but that's another story..

We had this faucet professionally installed over our double sink in August 2018. I loved the simplicity, but wished it had a bit higher flow. Then swivel problems started right before Covid. It is flush mounted to a granite counter and became tight to turn. We tried to see if something was loose underneath but couldn't figure it out. Then it became too loose and the whole mounting swiveled. My husband tightened something underneath and now it's very hard to swivel. We finally got vaccinated and had our plumber look at it and he suggested replacing it because he said it's correctly installed and it's probably the faucet. He didn't think trying to repair it was in our best interests.

This faucet needs to be replaced after 1 year. Where the swivel connects to the faucet, it will not seat. The sprayer just hangs there. Very disappointed.

We bought this faucet as a replacement and have not been pleased with the results. With a single hole granite surface, we followed the instructions and found the faucet does not swivel left-to-right without first feeling like it's stuck or sticks into position. Loosing the two Phillips head screws on the retaining only loosen the mount but did not help with the swivel action.

I changed out my old plastic sink for a stainless one. So i needed to buy a new faucet. I love my new faucet with siap dispener! My kitchen caninets at extremely love and my new faucet fits perfectly!

I bought this because the picture on the box shows it with a dual sink. But Im reading about it and nowhere does it say that this faucet head will swivel between the 2 sinks. Does the head swivel or is it stuck in 1 position serving just 1 sink?

Found a Kohler faucet at the right price with no hassle installing it! Thanks again
