Beautiful color changing LED lights!!
These solar lights by Westinghouse are very well made with stainless steel and heavy glass. They are so enjoyable to watch at night as they slowly turn from red to green to blue. The simple design also looks great during the day and blend in well with the other lights. They are 11.5" tall after inserting the 4" plastic stake into the ground. There is one LED light, but it has a reflector on the bottom which gives the appearance of two lights. I like that there are drain holes on the bottom, should any rain happen to get inside. The only feature I don't care for too much is that I would have to unscrew 3 screws to replace the battery but, hopefully, that will not be too often. The battery is a 1.2V, 250 mAh, and a 2/3 AA size (which looks like half of a AA battery). I would have preferred a more common battery that was more available in stores. For a small battery, the running time was very good. The lights were still operating after 8 hours last night. I originally planned to place these along the driveway, but could not resist putting them where I could watch them from the kitchen table and the computer. They are so simple to install, that I will probably move them to different locations from time to time. They are not overpowering and add just the right amount of color to the area at night.

Disappointed
Some of the lights do not work- out of 12 I have 10 functioning lights.

Not what I expected
I was looking for some lights to illuminate my sidewalks, and thought these were nice and simple looking, and at a good price. Either I misunderstood the description, or it wasn't clear, but let me be perfectly frank - these are NOT good for illumination! They change colors (red, blue, and green) and look very pretty, but they are useless for illumination. I went out an bought some others that do provide illumination, and now use these for decoration.

Sturdy, bright, playful with the changing colors
These little guys surprised me by changing colors. But they look great I the back yard around the patio and flowers. Much different than the normal 'white' lights. Add a festive touch to our patio and outside. These are sturdy little guys; all metal construction. We had a hail storm a week ago and they survived with out a problem. Dime to quarter sized hail; they never even stopped working. [Plastic ones "died" in same storm.] I kept four of them for my camper, and they work great at & around camp sites too. Always draw a, "Where did you get those?"

    Sleek design
Can't speak to the longevity of this light set but it's a great low profile look. The changing colors are attractively done. Installation was as easy as it comes. I placed these lights within the lava rock along the walkway to our front door. I have learned from experience that it's not fun to fool with any lights in the grassy areas where you need to mow and are constantly pulling them out and reinstalling. So far, so good!

Great Value : Bright and Colorful!
I was impressed. I never realized that an LED bulb could produce both wonderful alternating colors and be as bright as these were. Options include ground stake placement, hanging as ornamental, etc. VERY NICE! Highly recommended

Fine product - but wish they didn't cycle through colors constantly
I was so excited to get these, and right out of the box, I was impressed. They are solidly-made, quite large (bigger than I thought for being "mini"), and a nice stainless steel color. To set them up, you simply pop off the top and pull the tab that blocks the battery operation while in the box, then flip the ground spike that is installed into the post of the light to get it ready for placement. Now, here comes the bad part - these lights are constantly cycling through a million random colors all the time. I thought they'd be white, but I now see on the website a picture of them showing colors. But that's not the full story - these are constantly changing, like you're at a disco. Simply not the effect I was looking for in my garden. I guess that's what "spectrum color changing" LED means in the description, but that really wasn't clear when I ordered it. I can't recommend these for anything but an outdoor party setting. For most uses, they simply aren't very classy.
