great product! Great mobility - the battery is small and placed in a position that does not limit movement or work at all. This will keep you warm for hours on one charge.

This hoodie is comfortable, well made, and good looking. I already have Milwaukee's heated jacket, last winter it was a life saver hear in New Jersey. I was pleasantly surprised the hoodie included both battery and charger, now I can leave a charger home. My old hoodie I use seven month out of year around my house and I have worn so much it's shredding. This new hoodie will be a great replacement, I'm looking forward fall and winter weather with it. The batteries last year lasted all day, and they recharge in a few minutes. Great product couldn't be happier with options to set heat levels.

I love this hoodie,It keeps me nice and warm.The material is heavy weight but still breathable and with the heating unit I have yet to be uncomfortable wearing it.If your to cold turn it up,to warm,turn it down or off.I keep a spare battery in the battery pocket in case its needed.I ware it everywhere when its chilly.

I wore this hoodie for the first time on Halloween, which found me working outside in cool weather for much of the day, and then taking my son trick-or-treating in the evening while the weather was misty and windy and the temperature dropped nearly 30 degrees. This hoodie was absolutely perfect and made the day much more enjoyable despite the unpleasant weather. I am usually not a fan of hoodies because of the material, but this hoodie is somehow more resistant to dirt and dog hair than any other I've used. It is very comfortable to wear with or without the battery pack, and seems a bit warmer than average when used without the heating element. The material is very dense and fairly thick, so the hoodie has substantial weight, similar to that of a leather jacket, even without the battery. At first the weight of the hoodie with the battery pack felt a tad heavier than I expected, but I quickly got used to the feeling and eventually stopped noticing it completely. The battery pocket is positioned in the perfect spot, hanging just above my left hip, making it comfortable and out of the way when sitting, standing, or doing just about any sort of activity. The heating elements produce very even heat on any temperature setting, and I was only able to notice warmer spots in the back when I put it on high while sitting in the car with pressure on my back. The heating elements make a very noticeable difference, and I found that I mostly preferred the low and medium settings. On low, the battery seems to last forever, and I was able to use it for at least 8 hours before the battery died when keeping it on the low setting. The biggest complaint I have is that there is no battery meter, so I found myself swapping out the battery every time I put the hoodie on since I couldn't remember how long I'd used it since the last charge. Also, be aware that the length is on the shorter side, so it only comes down to an inch or two below the waist on my 6'5" frame. Another thing worth noting is that the power indicator light is surprisingly bright, visible in broad daylight and nearly bright enough to act as a nightlight in a completely dark room. This normally isn't an issue, but a few times I have turned off the heat because the light seemed to be distracting to others. If you like the idea of being able to adjust the warmth of your coat, especially if you already have M12 tools and batteries, I would highly recommend this hoodie. I like having an extra charging base to keep inside the house near my coat closet in addition to the charger in my garage, and having an extra battery means I spend less time looking for a spare left in a tool when I need a fresh battery.

I ordered this because stores never stock 3x sizes. I was excited to think I was able to order a sweat shirt that would fit. The heated sweat shirt was not true to size. The shirt cuffs ended up midway between my wrists and elbows. The clerk even commented the size should have been rated as a large. Had to return due to very poor fit.

I bought both the XL and 2XL for trial and error. Kept the 2XL for the length and movement. Im typically an XL. Other reviews said you want the elements tight on you to keep you warm and I could feel the difference in placement between the two sizes. Can't wait for the cold to hit to use my hoodie!

The hoodie does not generate much heat. I wear it over an undershirt and it is not very warm, even on the highest setting. It is a disappointment. I do not recommend it at a price of $90.

So let me put it like this, I love Milwaukee and don't mind wearing a Milwaukee hoodie at all, but the fact that this is so pricey for being a heated jacket was something I would think would do more. Let me explain, so when on the hottest setting yeah I can feel something down in my lower back but not enough to really keep me warm unless I'm sitting down where the heated wires are pressed against my back. I think something like this is best if you have a thin shirt on as you'll feel that much sooner and probably still stay warm. There have been a few times I've worn this out in cold elements (30-ish if you even want to call that cold) and turning the heat on didn't do much for my heat, I was still cold. I'd really be interested though in seeing how the jackets are as they are thicker than the hoodie. As far as position of the battery it is on your lower left back side, probably the best place for it but yet you will feel it here and there. Just watch out trying to swing this thing around you to put it on as I've done that and had the battery fly into my face, yeah first and last time I've done that, felt stupid after that. If they had hoodies that were around $40-$50 without the battery and charger yes I'd think about getting another one but at the current price it is ridiculous. I was able to purchase this on the special buy of the day deal HD had and got it for about half. If it wasn't for that and getting another battery that goes with my M12 set I wouldn't have purchased this or if I would of after I felt how little cooling it does at times I would've returned it then. I will say though I'd love to see how the jackets are, I wonder how much better they retain the heat in.

This is a great hoodie that warms up quick. Be sure to buy one size larger than you would normally wear,shrinks when you wash

The jacket works great keeping you warm on those chilly mornings. I like the three heat settings. The battery is a little bulky in the back but other wise you get used to it. Lasted for 6 hrs although my wife and her friends kept taking the jacket once they found out it was heated. May have to get the wife one now.

Bought 2 for Sox opening day. Mid 30's to low 40's. Perfect ! Able to layer with lighter jackets. Team Windbreaker material outer layer. Suggestion: wear heated hoodie tight against torso , long sleeve t shirt. Battery life outstanding !!!! Good job Milwaukee

All that I expected, and more. Very good quality material,stitching, and true sizing,[ the xtra-large was right on the money.] Used it a hand full of times, and tried all the settings, and all worked to my expectations. No regrets, good purchase !

sleeves could be better insulated, and over all a little light. but a good product

First, I'm glad I have a lot of the batteries for this! The back heats nice at the top but the chest barely works. I think the picture shows the heated area is better than it actually covers. I do like to wear it and am glad I bought it but even on sale I feel it was overpriced, but heated gear is always pricey! The position of the battery may be a little uncomfortable at times like when you are seated but I didn't have much of a problem.

The Milwaukee Heated Hoodie is a great buy. I'm an electrician and work outside sometimes. It takes off the chill and on zero degree days, I put on a regular hoodie over this one and it keeps the heat in and still keeps me warm. Last one I owned lasted two years and to be fair I put it through a lot of abuse. The battery is on the lower left hand side of the hoodie. It may take some getting used to but its not bad unless your getting in and out of a vehicle of have to get on the ground for something, But you get used to it. Be careful of stressing the cables in the chest area below the on/off button. That's where the last on wore out at.

The size runs big. I purchased a large and it's to loose to feel the heat. Should have went for the medium. Battery is also a bit large and bulky.

Was a bit unsure waited till on sale. Well sale came and bought, well it it turns out to be true I should have gotten earlier. I'm nice and warm. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because the hood and arms are NOT heated. That's the only negative thing. If it did I'd be wearing all winter.

Bought as a gift - very happy to know he was thinking about this item as he saw someone on the job with one - good way to get into a smaller line of tools as well - once you have the charger and battery adding to them is simple.

This was a gift for a friend that works in home repairs exterior / interior. He was so grateful for the gift that kept his body warm in the cold weather.

Tried the coat first, it was bulky this is easier and more comfortable and can used more times throughout the year
