We placed this floor in a completely remodeled kitchen and really loved the color. However, five months later we are noticing dark spots coming through some of the planks. After several weeks of talking with Home Depot staff, they finally sent someone to take pictures. Now telling us the manufacturer is not going to do anything. What happened to the great warranties they put in writing? Also, the material is very soft and scratches easily. We are not done with this!!!!!

This was a reorder to replace carpeting in a bath. The wood matched the hallway that was done earlier with the same product. Very good service and product.

I purchased this floor to replace a part of the existing SAME exact floor I purchased from Home Depot (same vendor, same reference and product ID), however after installation we noticed the quality is totally different.The color is darker, and it has no wax veneer, giving it a feel of already used

I bought it because Millstead discontinued their "Millstead Hickory Honey 3/4 in. Thick x 4 in. Wide x Random Length Hardwood Flooring.It was similar, but not a close enough match (the engineered wood had a much darker overall appearance). And it scratched easily. The first time someone moved a chair on it, it left a 4 inch scratch. Very disappointed. Any wood floor can be scratched/ damaged with abuse, but this engineered flooring scratched much more easily than the Millstead hardwood flooring that I previously purchased.

None of the wood was damaged on delivery. It is beautiful installation.

Some delaminated pieces, some planks with cut ends without ting or groove.

wear surface very uniform. Tongue and grooves fit together well. Some individual boards slightly warped which made install a bit more challenging, particularly when being glued down. Overall good product.

Pre-engineered wood floor installed by professional team. I added 10% to the measured area and only had three extra boxes (out of 56).

My floor was installed almost six months ago. Still attempting to get installation properly finished. Floor is pretty but the finish is soft and scratches very easily. I don't remember if this is my fifth or sixth repair today over past six months. Spent a lot of money and Very Very disapponted in both product and installation. Service from Home Depot and their installation company is sub-par. Took the joy out of putting in a new floor through most of my home.

Had this professionally placed in an extra small bedroom. Contractor stated it was easy to install. It looks lovely in this small room and the samples provided match exactly what was delivered. I would use it in another project. Very happy with the results.
