It took me about 2 hours to put together. Everythink was packed very well and what i liked was that the parts were in order coming out the box to match the instruction. The flames seem very real and also the logs. Heater fan is very quite.

Bought this 6 weeks ago and product exceeds expectations. It is easy to assemble and warms up the living room well.

This product is just beautiful!!! Assembling it took some time but well worth the time and effort!! Well made product!!! I really like the adjustable settings, the timer option, and that you can adjust the settings with the remote!!!

i have a living room that it is in and it really doesn't heat the space during winter but I really bought it for the look so no loss

Beautiful fireplace, love it!

Although it arrives in seemingly a million pieces, the end product is an absolutely stunning fireplace with lots of charm! Highly recommend, and if you're not handy, make sure to have someone assist with putting it together.

Both myself and my husband are very pleased with this fireplace. Unfortunately, there were several chipped spots at the base. We DID NOT want to deal with sending it back.

This fireplace came in many pieces, but my hubby is a handy guy so he put it together very easily. The fireplace itself looks very nice, but it does not deliver the amount of heat that I thought it would. Maybe my room is too open and too large, plus the ceilings are very high to maintain the room temperature using this fireplace.

With an efficient fire box good to heat a 400 sq ft room, I chose this fireplace even though the frame around the box is not solid wood and it is noticeable. I needed a unit to heat the room and this seemed to be the only one offered that could do so even after looking at other stores on and off line at this price range. What cheapens the look of the trim is the horizontal piece above the firebox that shows darker brown in the photos on the website and actually is, and with an unrealistic and different wood grain from the rest of the frame which cheapens the overall look of this fireplace. The material used to resemble wood to frame the firebox and painted wood-like looks like a non-wood pressed product. After almost a month of use, it has as stated, an efficient firebox for a 400 sq ft room and isn't noisy as the Hawthorne is a little and which I purchased for another room .
