Product seemed perfect, EXCEPT that it was discontinued through home depot. No samples were available, so we followed the advice of a h.d. online representative & ordered a carton of tile to decide whether we liked it. Plan was to either return it if we did not like it or order many more cartons to retile our floor. We loved the tile, but when we tried to order enough for the project we learned that it was discontinued. Had to return the one carton we received. So disappointing!

We had some problems with other outlets telling us the tile we wanted was "out of stock", when the distributor still had several cases, and our local HD expediter helped us order them. One box of tile was broken on arrival, but there was no hassle about it whatsoever. In fact, the expediter called to remind us that we were still due a case, and that she would reorder it for us. The next week (this week) she called to tell us it was back in stock and had been ordered. I returned her voicemail to add 5 more cases to the order, and again, it was the easiest, most pleasant experience. We know we wanted that particular tile, but the assistance of HD store staff in working with the distributor, making the order, pickup, and reorder made the whole process quite painless, especially after our negative experience trying to get the same product from two other retailers. Thank you!

I had this installed by professionals. I really love this tile. It's challenging to install and you will make many cuts as there are uneven sides and cannot lay perfectly adjacent to each other (which is another quality I appreciate). This tile gives my bathroom a rustic Tuscan quality. I love it. I love the colors and style completely.
