Outstanding product that I expect to last a lifetime! Only complaint is the directions should emphasize that removing the aerator is clockwise. It is shown on the installation diagram but should be highlighted since it is counter-intuitive (I chipped a bit of the chrome trying to remove it the wrong way). Other than that it is beautiful and goes perfectly with my vintage art deco bathroom!

This is a GREAT addition to our bathroom remodel. You can see from the picture this was not a widespread installation but it still worked!! Love it!

I installed this faucet a few weeks ago and noticed right away that the preassembled handles were a little loose.

Excellent product, high quality finish and style. Relatively simple to install and has a good flow rate.

We've had 2 of these faucets for several months now and no matter what we do we can't get the water marks off of them. Even trying to dry them right after cleaning doesn't work. We have brushed nickel fixtures from other manufacturers and they still look new after cleaning. We are very, very disappointed in this faucet.

After four years, my cold water faucet has become difficult to turn. I had hoped it would be a simple valve repair job to replace it, as I've experienced with other Kohler faucets. But no. I can't get the handle off. My plumber couldn't get the handle off. I fear I'm going to damage things trying to remove it, but I don't see another option. For the price, it should be much easier to service.

Refurbished two existing bathrooms and added a master bathroom in 2003 with all Kohler Memoirs (brushed nichol) facets, jacuzzi tub facet, shower trim, tub/shower trim, and sinks. Nineteen years later I replaced my first hot water valve in one facet and a temp cartridge in one shower. I do not have one scratch in any surface finish and everything cleans up so easily is a breeze. You don't get quality like this any longer from other manufacturers.

Delivered ahead of schedule, heavy beautiful finish, and they work great. Easy to install, also.

Excellent faucet to match my new Memoirs sink. I was looking for something to replace my 100+ year old faucet and sink, which was finally beyond repair. The style is classic and goes well in an old house. Koehler quality assures me that both the faucet and sink will also last 100 years. Recommend highly!

A stunning work of art and a thing of beauty. Even despite the fact that constantly wiping off water spots will drive you bonkers.

Expensive fixture but you can see it in the quality of this fixture. I installed it myself so consider that pretty simple.

Aesthetically, it's beautiful. The internal mechanism is poorly made; very disappointing considering the price!

Purchased the Memoirs Toilet and Pedestal so decided to complete the look with the matching faucet set. It looks absolutely fantastic! The overall look is spectacular as the design of the faucet set really complements the sink. Highly recommended.

Awesome faucet and sharp looking! Very modern

Plumber did the installation, so I can't comment on that. The design is beautiful, which is why I bought this product over other less expensive ones. The salesman commented that less expensive faucets (certain brands) have an equal functional quality. I'm very pleased with this product.
