A multi-directional track light with some decorative features for around 40 bucks. Not perfect but not bad.

the light looks expensive for the price!
I love the looks of this light...the glass inserts that go over the bulbs are frosted and so are the bulbs they send with it...which makes 120 watts look like 40 watts. We bought unfrosted bulbs for it and they were almost $6 a piece one that was sent to me already burned out too.

this product looks great
The cut out design is really eye catching, and the ceiling plate is really a good size, large enough to make a statement and get attention. It looks expensive. I wish the lights were 60 watt instead of 40, but other then that It's great.

Not very bright
I bought a set of these lights (3 to be exact) only because they were the only three that I could afford and that they all matched. I had to do this online as well since the store didn't have ANY options for 3 lights that matched. I needed a ceiling light, a sconce and one that hung down over my kitchen sink. I had to gamble on the ceiling one since it said it only took 40 watt bulbs. The others took 60. I was hoping since there were 3 bulbs it would be brighter. However it is quite dark since the light also comes with a frosted ivory glass cover that completely defuses what light I get out of it. This wasn't explained well on the website. While I love the look of the matching lights...they are beautiful, for a working space of a kitchen you need light and I now have a very warm almost romantic glow in my kitchen. Which while very nice, not exactly kitchen friendly.

Very nice but had to return it.
It was my second choice. I really wanted the semi-mount barrel type shade ceiling fixture. It would have looked better in the room that I am decorating. It was sold out on-line so I just purchased this one instead. I was hoping the other one would become available again. I'm still checking on-line.

not bright enough but
I bought 2 of these lights for my walk in closet. I found that I had to replaced the original bulbs with clear ones for more brightness. I also up from 40 to 60. made a difference.

Looks nice but low light levels
The fixture itself gives a nice appearance but the light output isn't what we expected. The adjustable cans don't stay when adjusted and tend to fall back to straight down.

Beautiful Light
The light is a very beautiful piece. It's very detailed and an easy installation. Everyone compliments on how it really changes the look of the room. Don't be fooled though, this fixture takes 3-40watt bulbs but puts out light equivalent to a 20watt total! The yellow tinted shades that go around the bulbs kill a lot of light. If you need to illuminate a big area, I suggest the 5 light fixture.

Not Bright Enough
Each light can only take a specific 40 watt bulb which does not emit enough light; it's pretty dim even with all 3 on, which you don't expect out of track lighting. Another issue is that the shades look more of a cream color, however it's yellow. This is true with other Melosa lights in this line and they are described as cream, but it's definitely a brighter yellow hue. The detail is beautiful, but the light overall was not ideal for the issues listed above. Was disappointed to have to return all of the lights I bought in this line.
