This light fixture was pretty easy to install, it took my husband less than two hours to remove our old fixture and replace it with this one. I love the amount of light it produces and it came with plenty of chain. Make sure we you measure how low you want it to hang (before cutting out extra link), take into consideration you'll need to thread wires through the links which actually eliminated four extra links for us....but it still hung at a good level for us. Slight adjustment easy to do with a turn/twist at the cap to ensure it hung over our table (so it wasn't crooked). Overall we are very pleased.

I wanted to eliminate my ceiling fan. This design appealed to my tastes. Looks great, with plenty of chain to hang with, although i didnt use. Fair price. I have other Hampton Bay products in my home.

NOTE THE PHOTO REPURPOSED AN OLD MOUNT ABOVE THE LIGHT. IT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE PACKAGING. BUT I WANTED TO SHOW IN THE PIC HOW CREATIVE ONE CAN GET WITH THE LONG CHAIN. Anyway, it looks good over mom's kitchen island and she's pleased. It replaced a very old custom kitchen light with two chains that hung down. Those aren't in style anymore so it took us a year to find a replacement. The 60 inch chain was enough for the electrician who installed to modify the chain slightly so it was adaptable for the existing mount (square above the light, not included with this purchase). The electric source is in a different part of the ceiling as you can see from the photo. This made it very challening without a ceiling remodel. The long chain made adapting to the old mount above the light very easy. Tip: Use the same watt bulb under each shade or the lighting won't look balanced. Mom loves it.

This light was exactly what I wanted for my kitchen table. It was also a reasonable price. It's clean and simple lines are a perfect update for my kitchen table. I think this light fixture will be much easier to clean than the last one we had which had curved metal, hard to reach curves, etc. My husband and I installed it relatively easily, with no major issues. We're really enjoying the new light and would highly recommend it!

Bought this light for a bathroom. We didn't need the chain since the light was going right above the mirror. It matches my Delta oil rubbed bronze finished faucet perfect. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because it doesn't light up the whole bathroom. And that is probably due to the globes facing downward and also a little to do with the color of my bathroom. I'll need to replace the shower fan with a lighted fan to give the bathroom more light. Otherwise I love this light fixture. The width was 30" which centered perfectly over the 36" width vanity.

Very elegant

This is a nice-looking light, and the simple, modern design fits with my kitchen decor. I'm using 3 60-watt LED lights and it provides very bright lighting for the kitchen island. An electrician did the installation, which went quickly, with no problems.

This is an awesome very attractive light that has easy hookup, and very cost effective to rejuvenate any room in the house.

This is an attractive and sturdy light fixture. Three 60W equivalent LED bulbs provide plenty of light over my kitchen island. The chain length is adjustable. Installation instructions are clear, and the included hooks make it easy to hang the fixture while wiring it in. Once it was installed, it was a little tricky to get it to hang parallel to the counter’s edge, but I got it to stay put with a wire twist tie.
