The hinges are sprung. The screws are stripped in the hinges. The vinyl is peeling away from the wood. No matter how I shim and screw the door to the house, it will not quit hitting the frame as it closes.

This is the second door from maisonite.the first one came apart in the first year.many calls to maisonite before they replaced it.the second door hinges are all rusted.if it rains water leaks between glass.i called them about buying replacement hinges.they do not sell parts.go to Home Depot.there is no one to help you

This door was a mess! Poor design and quality on this one. I wanted a lower priced option but in hindsight I should have simply gone with the better hinged door they had.
