Does Not Last
The sizing was off, as another reviewer stated, so it took forever to line up square. We had to use an insane amount of shims. I live in Florida so we can get intense rainfalls. Thought the doors were handling the weather well until I notice our flooring puffy and soggy right in front of the doors. The rain was streaming through the window seal!!! Our floor is ruined. It's flaky and warped because the windows-the actual windows not the frame- wasn't sealed. On the left side, one of the blind strings snapped, just broke. The other side wont engage anymore to lift the blinds. I can't believe these are still for sale. Please please do not purchase. This is by far the worst purchase we've made for our home.

Absolutely love this door. Not only easy to install but it comes with touch up paint kit just in case of any damage. We didn't need it, but nice to have for future. Very well made and tight. Love the built in blinds.
Now trying to find screen door(s) for it.
Would post photos of before and after but can't get them to load!

Height is only 78 inches
The rough opening height is listed at 80 inches, but the actual height of the door is only 78 inches. Most other door brands are 79.5 inches. The 1.5 inch difference is noticable. I feel like I live in a hobbit home. Very dissapointed. The sales person never told me the door was a full 2 inches less than the rough opening. Spend a few hundred dollars more and get a taller door.

Poor Quality
The blinds break and the company does not carry a kit to fix. Also, the warranty states limited lifetime but if you call they tell you in Florida it is only for 10 years and does not cover rust. We have painted these doors several times and they still rust. Very unhappy with these doors.

Poor Quality
Thought this would be a door that would last. It never sealed up no matter what we did the blind mechanism never was smooth, went back to HD to check the blind operation, it was the same. Now we are dealing with a door that doesn't keep air or moisture out. Yes the door was installed properly.

This product is very solid, and, made well.
The customer service dept. on the phone was very helpful in placing my order. The woman answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
