The Door Arrived damaged and was dropped off after hours. This is the second door we have had shipped which both were damaged and dropped off at 7PM which is unacceptable.

Misleading description: door jamb is FJ, primed!
Some other reviews are old, so I took a chance, but unfortunately they are still true. The door jamb on this door is primed and finger jointed! NOWHERE in the product description does it say this. When a product description says "natural wood" and "ready to stain" that traditionally means ALL of the wood can be stained. So I consider this FALSE ADVERTISING. After waiting a month for the door, I needed to get my project done, so I made my own door jamb and threw out the one it came with.

However I ordered the door on 11/28/18 Good door came in on 1/23/19. That's 5 days short of 2 MONTHS to get my door. Home Depot needs to put more pressure on this vendor to get better shipping times or switch to someone who can perform within a reasonable expectations.

We bought this door and jamb for staining so it could be stained. the jamb came finger jointed primed. The door slabs were also not good quality for the money. I wanted poor quality I would of just bought it off the rack that way and not spent three times the price.

There’s no meaningful description of the jamb anywhere in regards...
There’s no meaningful description of the jamb anywhere in regards to the finish, The picture clearly shows an unfinished jamb, so hoped for the best. Jamb was primed and not stain grade. The door was lost the first time I ordered so I spent hours on sanding in desperation to get my project done.

The door had a 3/8" bow from end to end. We did not notice until after we had painted it. Returned it and got another. I didn't need the practice of painting doors.

The door arrived in perfect shape with no damage. The door is iight enough to carry upstairs with no problem. It fits perfectly and was easy to install in about an hour by a DIYer who had never installed a door before. It stained beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased.

Door seems of good quality, looks nice painted. However, part of wood around handle was cracked and missing and had to be repaired with wood putty. also top corner on one side was dented and "folded back." Again, had to prep before painting.

Picked up door at my local Home Depot. No visible damage to packaging. Unwrapped door two days later to install. The door and frame had been very well strapped and shimmed to its proper shape. The door veneer is very nice and stained nicely. The three hinges work smoothly and installation took about 45 minutes.

Easy to Install
This is obviously not the most expensive door available, but the 2 doors I purchased in the store were in perfect condition, they were extremely easy to install, and they look 100% better than what I previously had.

Not as shown
I planned on matching existing interior birch doors and ordered the prehung so that the jams could be stained to match. This door came with pre-primed white jams. Not stainable. This is a big set back on the job since it was weeks for delivery. The door slab was what I was looking for, very nice, but the jams were a surprise and not usable for this job.

Listing is incorrect
Listing shows a clear pine jamb, which I had planned to stain. I ordered 2 doors and waited weeks for them to arrive. Went to pick up and noticed the doors have primed jambs. So either I have to keep them and paint the jambs to match the room or return them. What a waste of time!

Worst Door
This door was warped and it was missing it's "core" where the door knob attaches. My trim guy says this is worst door he ever tried to hang. Took weeks to get this lousy door did not have time to wait for another door. Wish I had gone with the Lowe's door.
