You screws screws into the side of the doors and the doors were in poor condition. They are in the process of being returned

Quality control needs to do a better job . Doors were 1/8 inch past the edge of the door jamb. Also , if you are going to nail the doorstops so far off don’t use 1/4” crown staples . That way we can pull them off easily in the field and nail them correctly. Look nice with 2 coats of paint.

This is the absolute best for closets and bedrooms. It fits perfectly looked beautiful and you really need to paint it

Where they cut the hinges in the door they over cut into the finished portion of the door. Also the jam of the door looks like it was an afterthought looked very cheap. Very low quality doors not worth the price. Did not accept the doors when trying to pick up in store.

The door was well made and easy to paint, even with the paneling.

We bought this door to match existing doors in our home. It's a perfect match. We custom ordered it from THD. Upon arrival, it appeared OK in the store. Once it was unpacked we started to notice minor defects, repairable though. The door stops weren't solidly fastened to the jams. A couple of brads tightened them up. Door hinges were out of alignment which had to be remortised to get them all in plane. The primer had a few runs which sanding and repriming took care of. The edges of the door panels were not smooth, quite jagged. I had to sand the door edges to put a micro-bevel to clean it up. All in all, I would not expect to have to put this much effort into a prehung door which cost as much as it did. Many of the defects weren't identified until the door was plumbed up and installed. Very disappointed. I won't buy this brand again and don't recommend.

Had to replace a door that was damaged by a furnace repair man and can finally close the door after many years. The design is beautiful and now all my doors match again. The only problem I had was it cost $100 more than a door that was almost identical.

Priced high and less than expected quality.

The door had a good primer finish But the online description did not say it was prehung It does not fit my door way just right
