Nice heavy door. The plastic on the glass was left on until the door was painted. I would recommend removing the plastic before hanging the door. It was fairly easy to remove with the door horizontal on 2 sawhorses; I could see where it might have been a struggle to peel it off with the door hanging vertically. The door arrived with no damage and was fairly easy to install. Perfect for our master bath remodel.

It was terrible. Poor quality and frosting came off very easily. I returned it without even installing it.

Love our new door--it was hung barndoor style by my husband! Looks great! Love the frosted glass--lets light thru, but still has privacy.

This door is not designed for the DIY’r. Hardware instructions were easy to follow and understand. The door design required the bottom to be routed or mortised out the entire length for a track stabilizer. If you don’t have a hand router or mortise tool glue down a nylon track to your floor. The door is not frosted in a manner where light comes thru but rather is like a painted door. For approximately $200 less you can get a painted door and if the frosted finish is damaged at all in transit, you cannot repair it.

Unfortunately the entire film covering the glass was painted, leading to a blizzard of paint chips when peeled off the surface. You may need to find alternative fasteners for plaster walls. I had to get four inch sheilds (inserts) when the expansion bolts spalled the plaster and would not catch enough to expand. The sheilds and lagbolts went in and the perfectly level rod takes just a touch to move the heavy door from end to end. My opening is covered nicely and still lets good light into the adjoining living room from the dining area being used as an office.

The door is VERY nice, HOWEVER it did not come routed on the bottom for the floor slide, AND the primer was sprayed over the glass covering which made it hard to remove.

Very disappointed with this door. The frosted glass is painted and the paint is flaking off. We have not used detergents on the glass, just a damp cloth and a light wipe over. The finish on the glass so is bad that when Light is behind it you can see the spray pattern of the finish application. It appears the door frame was manufactured around the glass so there's no way to remove it to replace it or to have it stripped and filmed. Overall a very disappointing product. Would not recommend for anything other landfill mass.

I ordered these doors over two months ago. It is like a black hole, no updates no comunications. They where originally due today. Called HD yesterday they got confirmation from Masonite that my doors where shipping yesterday and would be here today. I never recieved any tracking so I called again this morning. Great surprise Masonite has not finished building my doors yet, now they are pushed at least another week. HD was kind enough to give me Masonites direct phone number. I called directly, the customer service rep said my parts are back ordered from their supplier. (Its a wood door with glass panels. What could possibly be back orderd.) She went on to say these doors are special order taking 35 days to make. Its been over 70 days!! and still nothing. Evidently Masonite is just a reseller and does not make there own doors. They don’t control customer orders and could care less about meeting there customer needs. It is a pretty bad vendor who blames their suppliers for taking over 80 days (by the time they actually ship) for a product that normally takes 35. To Masonite if you had sent any emails on my doors progress this would have been a totally different customer experience. So disapointed in this vendor.

The doors came free of damage but the plastic covering the glass had been painted over and was a hassle to remove. After removal the glass was stained in some areas. I would have returned them but we had installed thinking the plastic would protect the doors during installation. Waited over 4 weeks for the doors. I would not recomend anyone purchase these doors unless they improve the protective plastic and better monitor the quality of the glass.

Great quality. Has a good weight to it. Used it as our bathroom door for the bathroom within our bedroom. Offers good privacy without making the small bathroom feel dark. Our contractor had zero complaints working with this door.

The doors were not what I expected. They were supposed to be frosted glass but the glass looked and felt like the glass was spray painted. It chipped and peeled easily. I returned the doors to the store and I am currently looking for doors of the exact size for my project.

The door came damaged. The door was not wrapped all around the door. The part not wrapped and protected was damaged.

I would have given the doors an excellent rating, but the order processing and delivery were pretty lame. The order wasn't processed the first time, the doors were damaged in shipment the second time, and the delivery was made two weeks early the third time. Fortunately, our contractor was here and intercepted the delivery. The corners of two of the doors were slightly damaged, but we were just glad to get them--finally!

We chose to pick up our door at the store based on reviews of others dealing with poor shipping conditions, and were happy to see the door very well wrapped in cardboard and plastic covering. Without unpacking it, we took it home and unwrapped it there, only to find very minor damage to the edges of the bottom and top of the door, as if the edges were flattened a bit. This wasn't enough to return the door, and the reason for the four stars. The frosted glass was covered well, but not perfectly, so keep that in mind when going to paint. The condition of the rest of the door was great, and I was able to sand and paint easily before installing it to the laundry room. We love the purchase and recommend this door!

Quality of wood was rather rough and the glass when wet gets clear!!!!!

Very unfortunate… One of the doors was damaged and not visible until unwrapped. The overall quality is average. The ordering process was ridiculously long considering they were in stock the whole time. Delivery date was missed by several days. We will avoid ordering anything from Home Depot again.

Edges rough; expected smoothness on door. Its light though. Delivery wrapping stuck to glass. Still trying to get if off without damaging the glass. Plain white just not as elegant as pictured or perceived. Buyers preference. I had to keep it as I remodeled removing a door fior it.
