Poor paint quality and
This door is excessively expensive for the quality. It was tightly packed on a pallet from the manufacturer but two of the hinges were loose to the point the locator tabs scared the paint. The frames were attached with only two short wood screws that jostled loose in transit as well. The primer is bright white beneath the black overcoat making the appearance gaudy and on close inspection the black can be scraped off at those areas with a thumb nail. Now that the door is fitted the next warm day will require me to take the door down and remove the paint and repaint with rustoleum paint. One hinge was installed backwards as well and not attached to the frame.

The holes for the door didn't line up with the frame (Frame was slightly lower and knob would not latch. We got it replaced but had to wait a few weeks and am still trying to get a refund for the first door. Second door had some holes bored into the slab but we're going to make do with what we've got. Quality control should be better on point.

Ordered the custom painted one, had to wait about 3 weeks for it. After installation, there was about a 1/4 gap between the door bottom and the threshold. Now I have to find something to take up that gap. Poor quality control.

I purchased this door to replace my side entry garage...
I purchased this door to replace my side entry garage door. I opted for the special order process because the doors in stock were not made as well. This door has a composite frame/jamb whereas the doors in stock do not and is worth the extra money. The door arrived as advertised and was easy to install. This looks like it will last twenty plus years.

Success with first door frame install
This was the first door frame I have installed and I didn't run into any issue concerning the door frame. I reused my existing molding with no issue.
