I love the looks of this door. It very well corresponds with my interior. It's extra raised molding with rounded profile gives to door rich and attractive look. The smooth surface was very easy to paint. I used white trim paint with pearl finish. My living room has three door; I like the pearl finish, it has very soft sheen, so usual door shiny paint is not "laud"; this soft sheen nicely harmonizes with remaining furnishing in the room.

These doors are beautiful. We replaced all of the interior doors in our house with these and are so happy we did. They made such a huge difference with updating our home. I do not like the fact that they are hollow. We have one that has a huge hole from something hitting it, and the hole fell inside the door. It's been patched twice so far and it will not hold the patch. I thought solid core meant solid door... it does not.

The door was well made. Installation was faily straight forward. The hinges were not installe as tightly as you would expect for pre-hung doors.

I ordered a few dozen of these doors pre-hung. One should take caution, they claim solid core but they are hollow - thus they let a lot of noise transmit through. Don't expect to reliably hang any robe hooks! Also, 80% of the door frames required rework due to damage, warping, mis-alignment of hinges, sloppy routering, and much more. Three of the bi-fold doors literally had holes punched through. Some of the doors were warped by 3/8". Very disappointed. I called Masonite but they do not back their product once hung. Nothing like the solid core doors I've ordered many times in the past.

I love my new doors. I had all my interior doors replaced with these. They really make a statement. The solid core has dulled the noise. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase.

The door frame was too narrow for the my house. The house was built around 1954 and apparently walls were made thicker back then. I would suggest anyone buying pre-hung doors ensure they take that measurement into consideration. The slabs themselves seem to be sturdy and solid enough, but I can't speak to the frames.

Primed and ready for paint, these beautiful and stylish doors take paint nicely and have a great look. Solid, heavy-feeling doors give a new look to old tired homes. Excellent charachteristics and very stable, not prone to warping and other solid wood door problems, they are an excellent choice for new construction or remodeling. Important to seal all sides when painting. I would highly recommend since the price is reasonable and the value very high. I had a new home built using them exclusively and an now renovating my current home and have already replaced all of the sliding doors with these. Next come all the bedroom and bathroom doors.

We looked all over for unique interior replacement doors and found this palazzo capri style door. They are so attractive, even our builder was impressed with them. He is recommending to his high end clients for their new homes. The price can't be beat!
