The lower door lock hole at the frame & the lock at the door won't line up ( completely off ). I have the professional door installer improvised & modified to make it work and look ugly. The door fame made out of cheap wood, I could by the much cheaper one work fine.

The door was the exact size, but there was not a piece under the door (sweep) or either it was smashed in so there was a 4cm gap (yes, really) between the door and the threshold. I had to buy an additional door sweep to keep critters and weather out. Super disappointed.

Overall good quality prefinished door. Did arrive with small dents in one location.

This is a nice door! We used it for entry to our garage. Good weight for an exterior door without being too heavy. Easy to install, and the adjustable threshold worked like a charm. The door came packaged carefully and damage free. The one hiccup was that the brick moulding wasn’t shipped with the door. Home Depot was called to remedy the situation but said they couldn’t help us, as the door was delivered before the expected delivery date and they had until that date to ship everything. The expected delivery date was still a month after it was actually delivered… So happy we got the door early, but sad about the brick moulding. However, we called Masonite direct and they were very helpful! Turns out the moulding was accidentally left on the loading dock and they shipped it next day. Not sure why Home Depot couldn’t have just called Masonite when we asked them for help. But at least they gave us the number. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Nice door, and nice paint job. Would highly recommend that you have the door painted. The extra expense is worth it.

The dead bolt holes on the door and the frame were 1/2 inch off

I think the door is sturdy and also looks good. However, there are two scratches one very long scratch and I was told that it would clean off. I am disappointed in this.

Very good quality door with good paint. Comes with brickmold not precut so needs to be fitted, which is a good thing to me.

We were glad to find this door in the size we needed. It is nice and reasonably priced. The door was easy to install and has an adjustable threshold. It came a little sooner than expected, everything went well on Home Depot's end. It was ordered pre-painted in gray the finish is very nice, had a couple of minor scratches we fixed with the included touch-up paint. Seems a lot better than the one we installed 15+ years ago.

The color is beautiful and the door looks very elegant for a plain front door without glass. Affordable.
