The wheel was as described. It has a little side to side wobble but nothing that prevents it from being used as intended as a low speed wheel for carts, wagons, or kids toys.

Bought these to replace the plastic wheels on a wheelbarrow....
Bought these to replace the plastic wheels on a wheelbarrow. They are so much better than the original wheels.
