We bought the Marielle 1 handle kitchen faucet in 2007 (12 years ago). One month ago (2019) we had to replace the first worn out part, a leaky hose. Everything was replaced under warranty.

I have had this faucet for 9 years and it has been great.

I purchased this faucet and it started leaking within a year. Replaced washers often. Now the metal inside is broken. Would not recommend. Can't get anyone to help with parts either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this about five yrs ago and I still love the style but it has had its share of issues: soap dispenser quit working, sprayer would hardly spray, main faucet started making a screeching noise and the finish wears off the bottom collar fitting. The customer service has been excellent and they have replaced parts everytime.

Maybe the most problematic faucet I ever owned, Metal coated plastic on may parts. Metal separates from plastic, Cartridge leaks, Price Pfister is giving me a hard time on warranty.

Just one call to customer service and a new unit arrived in just a few days. The finish is as nice today as it was the day it was first installed. The quality is first rate as is the customer service.

I have had this faucet in my kitchen for three plus years and it has never been a problem. It still looks and functions great and we love it!. My dilemma is that we are upgrading our kitchen and I feel the need to look at a newer faucet, but I am happy with this one. What to do?

I bought this faucet in 2008. I love the appearance. I have had a few problems with the spray nozzle, but the company has sent the parts to fix it. Now the faucet has a very slow leak at the top of the spout. A repair part is being sent in 10 days at no charge. Nice to have a company that stands by their commitment of a lifetime guarantee. Happy with this faucet.

Home Depot ordered this faucet set especially for us. It fits perfectly into the decor of our kitchen and it functions like a dream. We appreciate the great service at Home Depot and we love our new faucet set.

I have the Marielle 3 hole 1 handle kitchen faucet (with lifetime warranty) and had to replace the cartridge after 4 years and only about 2 years later it needs replacing again :(

We have owned our Marielle model Pfister faucet for almost 11 years and we absolutely love it! It is as beautiful as the day we moved in to our home and constantly get complements about it. When we had an issue with it, the rep we called was excellent and sent us a replacement part for it at no charge. Great product and awesome customer service have me a customer for life!!

I love this faucet. I have had it for a very long time with no real problems. I love the single handle and the nice high faucet for large pots and pans. I have needed to replace the side sprayer and Pfister has been great. They have replaced it quickly with no problems at all. It still looks beautiful after years of use.

I purchased the 34 series Marielle faucet when I remodeled my kitchen. The spray stopped working, the soap dispenser stopped working several times. I did receive replacement parts from Price Pfister. I did have to wait a long time for the replacement parts. Last year they sent me an entire assembly, faucet, spray, soap dispenser. I had to hire a plumber to install it. You know how expensive plumbers are. Once again the soap dispenser quit working. I'm trying to get a replacement but so far I'm not having much luck. This is a terrible product.

This is a good piece of kitchen hardware. Goes great with our French county motif. Too bad our running water is hard forcing us to buy another inside of 5 years.

I bought this 8 years ago and still love it. I've not had one problem with it. I love the high faucet and the single handle lever. Great for large pots and even washing a puppy. I think the other reviewers perhaps had plumbing issues because nothing...nada... has ever happen to my faucet. I love it so much, the plumber installed the entire Marielle line throughout the house. Now that I'm in a another new house, I will install Marielle again. Flawless.

I have had this faucet for 6 years, and had to order parts for it 3 times. The "lifetime guarantee" means you call the customer service center, describe your problem, and they send you out parts that may or may not fix the problem. Bottom line, you're waiting 2 weeks at a time to get the parts, then 2 more weeks if they're not the right ones, have to have someone take apart the faucet to replace the parts.... Not impressed with this faucet.

After two years, top mechanism spout swivel leaks at spout and non-fixable. Soap dispenser stopped after six months.

The picture on the website as well as the box when I got it was not what was in the box. I wanted a high polished chrome and what I got was a muted silver brushed look. The product is also not as high of a quality as I would have liked. I ended up STUCK with it because of the cost to ininstall and rre-install would have been crazy.

Replacement for same item previously purchased. Due to cuts in sink we had little choice in selection. This time around the sprayer works like it is supposed to, though the previous one was poor as another review mentioned. It supposedly has a never leak guarantee but after 12 years of use, the previous one did leak up at he area where the faucet pivots requiring a replacement. So far, we are very pleased.

This is a faucet that we got to replace the one that we had, that was leaking! I really like the seperate handle for turning the water on and off....and the tall spout!

Beautiful finish, smooth operation, very attractive, life time warrantee can't beat it. I like the idea that I could buy it with or with out the soap dipenser, I chose not to. I read a previous review about this product about not being able to get the hot water to flow, I've had water flow problems to my faucets and dishwasher before it's not the faucet It's in the water line usually a blockage I've gotten small pebbles in mine, easy fix... clean it out. Water deposits another easy fix... soak in vinegar. I would buy again in a heart beat.

When we bought this faucet it came with a soap dispenser. So the system basically consists of three components, faucet, sprayer and soap pump. It is only a year old and all three components have broken. I have had to replace the mechanism in the soap dispenser twice. The sprayer has become clogged with water deposits and can not be disassembled to clean it. Now the faucet will barely dispense hot water. It takes almost two minutes to fill a gallon jug. If I had saved my receipt I would return the whole mess.
