The opening is too small...the height (you can bash your head into the bar on top and the width of the shower opening is so small - you will probably need to turn sideways in order to walk into the shower)

Overall I am satisfied with this shower door. Everything was of decent quality and fit nicely. I would say that this project is more for the moderate skill level homeowner, due to one wrong cut and the enclosure would be useless... One thing I did not notice when purchased online is that it has a second piece of glass that is frosted and does not match the pattern on the shower door itself. A little goofy to me but I can get over that, however the opening was small to begin with so it makes for an even smaller opening to get in and out of the shower. The other thing is that it is only 66" tall (5'6"). I step down into my shower and it's a close call for me banging my head @ 5'10". So although a good product, those are some things to consider....

It took me a minute to finish the framework for this install, so I wasn't able to tackle it right away. I built in my shower in a cave style, and this door was the perfect finish. The install was very easy, I was a little apprehensive about it at first, because if I screwed up my new tile work, I was going to be very sad. I had a helper, which made the install easier to square up and get right the first time. The door is not overly heavy, and it has good pivot action. The frame sits high enough that I will never have to worry about it, I'm only 5'8". Good shower door for the money, and I would recommend it.
