We bought this for the hospital type bed our son uses. The one his group home had fell off a dozen times a day and we used magnets, velcro, tape. This one stays in place and seems really accurate!

Works well for setting fireworks racks on show day.

The Johnson angle finder is excellent. Myself and my employees prefer this angle finder because the dial has large print and is much easier to read than Johnson's competitors. The problem is Home Depot not stocking this tool on their shelves and forcing me to purchase online.

Just what I needed

a little big

Red pointing needle too wide and long to accurate show right angle...you have to guess for small divisions...

This is a simple item to use and works great for my projects.

Found this thing on one of the clearance end caps for around $6. I needed to measure the angle of my vaulted ceiling in order to determine what ceiling fans would work and this thing did just that.

Always wanted a magnetic Angle locator and when I saw this one at a decent price it worth a try. So necessary when setting up drivelines on a hot rod or doing plumbing.

This is an easy tool to use. Very simple and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

We use these magnetic angle finders for table bending larger pieces of emt. Most of the table benders angle finders are off. So we use these to get our angles. These are great and for the price you can't beat it. They give us amazing results. I would definitely recommend it. Another Great product by Johnson Tools.

As one reviewer pointed out the magnet is strong - I agree. Unfortunately the glue used to attach the magnet is not strong. Still, I find this a useful tool for setting the elevation angle on antennas (after an epoxy repair).

Only used it a few times but have found it quite useful. Accuracy is about as good as 1 or 2 degrees since it's calibrated to 5 degree intervals. The magnet on the base is very strong and holds the unit securely.
