One item was broken. 3 other items had severe chip damage. The problem is that 10 items are strapped on a pallet, and only a whole pallet can be returned .

Solid marbles, I like the color, and their texture. Some of them had chips. easy to install.

The stone I received was very different from the same stone I had received elsewhere. It was unpolished, and had a ton of small white divots taken out of it. Almost as if it had been sandblasted. Very peculiar. I've had to pay someone the cost of the stones themselves to come and sand and polish them, and they still aren't that great. Once you get the stone polished and in the way it should be, it is beautiful

so I placed an order and 10 days later they automatically cancel my order saying it wasn't available! I looked to see what was going on and there was plenty available but now iv'e lost 10 days at the job site!!! does anyone care?? nope!

Very poor quality design
