Tile arrived as miss-matched and different color & pattern. Packaging different than original order and not able to protect during shipping. Several broken, chipped, cracked pieces. Shippment arrived 4 days late. Returing 4 of 5 boxes to home depot. Now 2-weeks behind on job. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

Unfortunately I can’t use it because it arrives broken

Ordered this 12x12 marble for my bathroom renovation. Looks great each piece is a different shade of color so this will not be all the same color. Some will be more grey as other yellow or black veins ect. Real rock!

We did our stand up shower and it looks amazing. We are now ordering more to do around our tub

Not a big fan of marble, but this was the exact size (12inx12in) and appearance I was looking for for my powder room remodel. Since the powder room was a tiny 5ftx5ft, I couldn't use the bigger 24inx12 porcelain tiles that I would've preferred. But what else can I say but that it is gorgeous? Despite being high maintenance, I would choose this all over again.

We used the 6 x 12 Grecian white marble tile and it is stunning.

Not real marble despite what the MSI rep stated. Return.

I would recommend for wall tile - not for floors. I put in an accent wall with this marble and it looks beautiful. However this marble has some white "splotches" in it which is usually a sign of cheaper marble. Also marble (not all) is porous and will stain.

This tile is beautiful. The white/gray colors compliment well our 25 year old Bordeaux marble floor. The striations and "squiggles" of the tile make for natural character. Here is a picture after I first laid the tile and another when the tub project was completed. Next will be a tiled shower using the same Carrara mixed with a little reclaimed Bordeaux.

I spent almost $3,000 on 15 boxes of this marble. Some of the boxes held beautiful white carrera marble, 4 of the boxes held gray carrera marble that did not even come close to matching, others of the boxes held a washed out cream colored carrera marble. AS you can see from the photo, the tile was installed and looked like a patchwork when it dried. I have to pay a tile man to come back and remove it - costing several hundred dollars more. I returned the four boxes of marble that were not even close (the dark gray ones) and although the Home Depot staff are very nice - none can guarantee that the replacement boxes I had to reorder. My nightmare is that they will just ship back the gray ones again. This has been a disaster for us - I will NEVER EVER buy marble at Home Depot again - It is not entirely Home Depot's fault but they should be able to actually talk to their supplier to make sure I get the right marble this time. They said they could not do that. I need WHITE marble as advertised - and some of the boxes were exactly that. MOST were NOT. I am very unhappy and have spent thousands on this mess in my shower right now.

I love this marble! It’s beautiful especially when paired with subway tile. It was packaged extremely well and each tile was beautiful. It has a wonderful glossy finish and a good amount of grey veins throughout. It’s a bit pricy, but worth it. I used it as accents in my shower for the niches, seat and threshold.

3 boxes of solid white backsplash not even remotely close to the pictures. Another company with no quality control trying to pass of cheap material.Thanks for wasting my time.

I love this tile. It looks elegant. This is the warm Grecian white tile.

We used this tile as the backsplash behind our range, it matches almost perfectly to our countertops and looks excellent in our new kitchen.

This tile had a large variation of shades from white to more gray.

This tile is a stunner. I’m going to do my research to be sure and protect product. I had purchased MSI travertine tile 10 years ago for a busy powder rm and it’s still beautiful as the day installed

We used about 160 ft2 of this marble tile for a guest bathroom remodel completed in April 2019 and are very pleased with the results. Of the 80 tiles ordered, only one had a damaged corner but it was of no consequence. Packaging and handling were excellent with the first order arriving strapped to a pallet. Setting this tile was not difficult, although handling large format tiles can be tiring so allow plenty of time. Sizing was very uniform with crisp, clean edges. I used a leveling system to ensure lippage was all but eliminated. I also thoroughly cleaned and sealed the marble before grouting to ensure color would not be impacted. Final cleanup was a little tedious, but not difficult. Then end result is pretty much timeless, and will certainly outlast me. One word of advice: be sure to order enough the first time. We didn’t, and learned that MSI sources Greecian White from two places, Turkey and China. Although packaging and SKU codes are identical, the two tiles are anything but. Our first order was from Turkey, looked very nice, so we proceeded to install. Unfortunately, we ran short and had to order an additional 20 ft2. When it arrived, the color and graining was very different and we noticed on the box in fine print it came from China. Working with Home Depot, we returned the 2 cases and requested the reorder be labeled from Turkey. It was a perfect match when it arrived, allowing us to finish the project. Either tile is very nice but the primary color and shading are very different. Even so, I highly recommend this marble.

Exactly what she wanted, we were doing a small remodel on our fireplace and my wife wanted this look around the fireplace. Great product, she loves it. Happy wife, happy project, great quality product!

We love the affordablilty, look, and durability of this marble tile. Didnt realize how much color it had until puttinf it up. Wow the variations are beautiful. Also, very easy to work with. Would def buy again.

Great product and great price. Some pieces have yellow lines but it is okay. Better than carraca marble. It looks high end.

This marble is quite beautiful but its also cut thin and is very soft. So soft in fact that seven pieces didnt survive the drying process. Some cracks showed up as the glue dried. Just the vacume created when the glue dried cracked the material. Im installing on concrete so Im guessing an install over wood subfloor most limely would cause more cracks. Ive installed many different types of stone before and have experienced many different types of problems over the years, none quite as unique as this problem. If I knew about the problems with this material before I started I would have chosen something else.

I hand-selected each piece of tile for this project. Each piece I chose was mostly white with a small amount of grey veining. Once installed, it became heavily verigated grey tile. I was out of town when it was installed or I would have stopped the installation & returned the tile. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately it wasn't until after the tile was installed that you could see the very distinct difference in color/shade of the tiles. Being natural stone, I know that there can be slight differences of shade, but this looks like two different tiles were used. After speaking with Home Depot regarding this issue, I was told that there was nothing that they would do about it. I now have to tear out all of this room and go purchase new tile from someone else (someone who does stand behind the products they sell) and re-install it. Very unhappy with this situation.

I spends many hours researching and looking for a marble tile that was affordable. I had my heart set on a hexagon pattern but it was double the cost so I fell in love with this one. I didn't want 12x12 but something different. Like suggested I opened all if the boxes to get an idea of what patterns I was working with. I love the dark greys, black, light greys and browns in this tile. I was looking for something with browns and greys to fit our basement finishing project. This is my dream bathroom tile on a great budget. I used delorean grey grout. Had to have it shipped since it wasn't in stock at the store. Only two were broken out of 13 boxes. Still used them since it was on the ends.
