This product came in great condition - but the only minus is I don't like the cracks on the urn which is place there like a style. I think it takes away from the beauty of the urn. Also when I purchase it, after two weeks it went on sale for 33.99 and I took the bill back to home depot store to get adjustment and they said because you purchase it on line, they cannot adjust it. It is the same store on line too, so I don't understand why they could not adjust it or give me credit for it atleast. That makes me not want to purchase the products on line. Otherwise the urn is lovely piece.
