Brand new with major blemishes. I don’t see how it made it through quality control.

Easy to install and it works great. Have it for a month now. Matches great with the Moen kitchen faucet we have. Best of all: no more soap dispenser on the kitchen counter.

THE STEM IS WAY TOO SHORT, SO THE SOAP DRIPS DOWN THE SIDE OF THE SINK INSTEAD OF INTO THE SINK AND THE SOAP COMES OUT VERY SLOW, NOT ENOUGH PUMP STRENGTH ACTION

I bought it online. When it arrived it was missing the pump section. I called Moen and they sent me the missing pieces. After that all was good. It looks nice and works good.

The instructions said you had to pump water through it before inserting into the soap. I tried and couldn't get water to come through, so I called the Moen customer service. Of course as soon as the gal answered the phone, the water started coming out. I felt really silly but expressed concern with the Moen faucet I had purchased as well. I was having trouble tightening the hose guide for the side sprayer. She immediately said she would ship a new hose guide to arrive in about a week! Amazing customer service! I will buy Moen again for that reason alone. But the product is beautiful and very easy to install.

This soap dispenser has very clean lines and compliments the new faucet. It is so easy to use and keeps the sink counter clutter free. Easy to refill the liquid soap by removing the dispenser top.

This is a very sturdy, functional, and stylish soap dispenser. It was simple to install and the soap is easily refilled from the top.

The MotionSense 7594EC faucet works as specified. It gives the kitchen a great facelift look. It is a great product for the price. Home Depot (HD) helped was great from the beginning. HD helped us figure out what was the best choice based on our inputs. We kinda knew what we wanted. We just wanted to hear the experts saying it (based on the facts). The wife wanted a professional do the installation ("just in case"). I paid for the installation at HD but when the plumber arrived, he wanted to charge me $70 on top of what I already paid. I said, "I will not pay extra because I already paid HD". After 10 min conversation, the plumber said "I cannot install it". The plumber called his boss; I spoke with the boss on the phone and he did not want his guy to do the installation. I was refunded by HD. After four (4) weeks I got the faucet installed by a plumber from the yellow pages. The job was nicely done. The installation was smooth without a hit.

It matched our Moen faucet finish, however, I would have liked the soap dispenser to be a little bit taller since we have a drain rack on that side of the sink. Because the disposal is on the left side of the sink, the drain rack needs to remain on the right side. I do like that all you have to do to refill the soap is pull the dispenser tube and pump straight up and pour your soap in without having to unscrew the plastic soap holding bottle from underneath the sink. I also like the appearance.

Looks good and easy to install. Pump assembly seems slightly wobbly, but not concerning.

The soap dispenser functions great and matches our new Moen Arbor Kitchen faucet. I really like the ability to add the dishwashing liquid from the top instead of removing and filling the reservoir bottle in the cabinet which is difficult with a deep sink. The soap dispenses properly with no leakage, and this was a great add-on with our new faucet.
