Pretty good. The included plastic anchors are not sufficient, had to replace with metal toggle bolts. Too much contact with item like this to leave to plastic. Plus the little screws that attach holder to wall plates could be better.

This product is easy to install with a drill and screwdriver. The instructions are very clear and the included paper template makes it easy to locate the holes for the support plates for easy installation. The mechanism for changing paper rolls is the best. Just lift the bar and replace the empty roll with a new one and lower the bar. Much easier than the old fashion spring loaded tube that needs to be teased into the hole to secure the roll. I would have given this a 5 star and better grades, but I have to say that there are other brands out there that are of a higher quality and more stylish, but for the price, this is a good product.
