We had our bathroom remodeled in September of 2020. Last year we had to have the toilet paper holder reattached to the wall with a special dry wall locking screw to keep it from falling out of the wall. Now, sometimes the whole fixture comes off the wall mount. But more frustrating than that is that every time you use it, you have to reposition the arm back in place or it hangs crooked. Some kind of plastic connector inside the arm joint is warn. Disappointing that this hasn’t lasted even three years yet.

The way this installation system works does not work to install into drywall specially if it's something you use everyday like the toilet paper holder and towel holder. We installed the anchor it comes with as well as the metal clip and within a month it started getting loose from the wall ! This is the second one that fails and will try a different brand! Terrible holes left on wall going to have to repair now!

This holder consistently comes loose and, with the design, is not easy to take off and tighten. After coming loose a second time, I attempted to remove and tighten, resulting in the holder ripping a whole in the wall.

While the towel bar was exactly what we ordered and quite well made, the instructions bear little resemblance to my reality. Note that when it comes to hanging anything on a wall I am evidently seriously challenged. The installation concept is great and the identical towel bar next to this one attests to the fact that if you know what you are doing it can be firmly installed. My first hole drilled was fine, nothing but sheetrock. The installation mechanism worked like a big molly bolt (because it IS a big molly bolt). Tight and secure against the wall. The second hole I drilled hit a stud which the instructions covered in detail. Just snap the rotation blocks off the installation screw and put it in the hole. Except it wouldn't fit in the hole. Taking the molly expansion piece off the screw left the hole too large for the screw which is NOT a wood screw and would not thread into the 2x4 (and believe it or not, you can not re-drill a hole smaller). I eventually found a larger wood screw that would suffice, probably from one of my other hanging experiences, and attached the unit to the wall. This installation method is nice in that it isn't really visible after you've finished. Bottom line is the towel bar looks and works great, perfectly matches the one attached next to it, and is attached firmly to the wall. And yes, I would recommend this brand to a friend as I'm sure the installation problems were of my own making.

This holder is the worst. With one screw to hold it to the wall, it is unreliable to use. The D part can become loose and fall off from its attachment...had to use a hex wrench several times to re-attach it. The holder itself can fall of the wall repeatedly. This is a lousy product... I will NEVER to buy it again.

Fits with other Moen EVA fixtures and towel racks. Easy to install

My builder installed this toilet paper holder and in less than a year it has fallen apart. Not the quality I expected from Moen. Paper holder arm has completely come off and fixture is completely useless.

This is a lovely toilet paper holder, but I did not use after all. My bathroom is circa 1972, so many of the new products are a big large and heavy for what I need. However, this is a very lovely holder.

Very nice looking addition to the bathroom . The entire.series is modern, with a gentle touch. Faucets are disability appropriate without looking it. Easy to install.

I bought this to replace one I already had. However, it seems fragile as the first one fell of its holder and could not be fixed.
