Beautiful piece of hardware. I did have a problem with the mounting however. It pulled out of the wall after a week of use! Needs a better wall attachment technique. Especially in drywall. I need to disassemble the support now and need instructions on removing the large screw from the support, so I will add more later when Moen customer service responds.

The "profit" installation system is the worst ever. The mount cracks if you tighten it just a little too tight - this is because there is a gap between the mount and the wall. The mounts still spin a little even with the bite teeth and the whole thing feels flimsy. Heavy towels cause it to loosen soon after installation - overall a big FAIL. Stick to the standard mounting system that uses set screws!

I just remodeled my bathrooms and was trying to coordinate my decor. I decided go with this style. I am generally happy. I wish the bar itself were a little thicker. However, they do mount well and look nice.

I was a bit apprehensive ordering this online, but it's exactly what we wanted. It's a perfect size for two hand towels and fits between our two framed mirrors perfectly.

Bought two for our bath towels. Limited wall space in our bathroom, so we had no other choice but to mount these on a door. Husband says it's obvious these were intended to be mounted on drywall (I think they come with built in anchors). Moen assumes you have some template to mount, but husband figured it out without. They are working fine for now, but we know we can't yank the towels off; we lift them off, gentle like. I measured our existing bars (18") which have been fine, so that's what I ordered here. Somehow, it just doesn't seem like the same usable hanging space. I wish I had gotten the larger bars. But they're working!

Well made, solid and very attractive. It extends out from the wall nicely, just like the paper tissue holder. It coordinates easily with the other contemporary features we have. It also cost less than our other hardware.
