Moen A112 118M shower head came with our new house. Initially it worked very fine and had a great flow of water.
But, In few months the water pressure dramatically decreased. Unable to take a satisfying shower. It says easy to clean but I don't see any issues out side and unable to take it apart to check if there's any blockage inside.

Water pressure was reduced with this shower head. Didn't come with a washer and was leaking after installing even with teflon tape applied to the threads.

Good product, does have a little play in the housing when adjusting the angle after installing. But, has not leaked so far so good. Been using for about a month. Over priced though in my opinion.

The shower head is small, but has a nice spray. You just need to remember to move the head up and down after a shower to get excess water out, dry it with a towel and clean the head for scale deposits to avoid leaking.

Easy to install and the water pressure is superb! I really love this shower head and it makes taking a shower more enjoyable now that the pressure is so much better AND the hot water comes out in a few seconds, my old shower head took much longer to heat up

Excellent product. Only drawback: no screen to filter particulates which may be introduced into the shower head. A problem where I live and to anyone with rural water or wells. It was delivered in a box that was way too large and badly beaten up, unnecessary to have such a large shipping container. So far it's been a great shower head.

Moen Shower Faucet
It broke off after 2.5 years. Now I have to pay a plumber for something I bought for life. Certainly didn't last even a modicum of that time.
