Needed a low profile solution for a kitchen makeover that was being completed.........this range hood looks excellent and fits perfectly! I couldn't be happier with the purchase from a product or price standpoint!

We needed a hood that didn't stick out too far and this one fit the bill. Very satisfied with the product.

I like this product because it looks and works good. I was very happy to find it because the original one we had from when the house was built in the 70s needed replacing badly. The fan is so quiet you can barely notice it is running. I feel the price was reasonable also.

I bought this because of the Maytag name, but this is a very cheaply made product. The light works great, but the fan is very weak. I connected it to my existing 7" duct. The fan doesn't even have enough power to open the vent flap at the end of the duct.

For a non-vented, inexpensive hood installed in a small apartment, it works well. Dome light is adequate, fan is quiet, installation was uncomplicated.

The fan is really quiet, which is nice however, it doesn't seem to remove the air as well as I would like. Otherwise it looks good!

Style/appearance is great but I'm disappointed. Even though it's installed at standard height, the fan isn't strong enough to pull steam/cooking vapors up and out the vent. I will be replacing it with one that vents to the outside. I'm sorry I didn't go that route initially but I really liked the smoother lines of this one. Unfortunately the better look doesn't outweigh the poor performance.
