This screw driver is awesome! The torque is fully adjustable to prevent overtighting but can be turned up to drive stubborn screws. The variable timing in the trigger is just what i was looking for and prevents the screw from being stripped.

Tool is great high torque for driving long screws and clutch it down to lowest setting I can install receptacle covers without cracking.only negatives are I wish it were a bit more compact. Second negative is the Milwaukee brand bit holder that mounts to the belt clip holes doesn't fit this tools belt clip hole properly. Other that that a good tool. I use it for installation, electrical, hanging curtains and blinds ect . Pretty much anything not requiring hammer drill or impact driver.

Great screwdriver. Enough power to get the job done but not enough torque to mess it up.

This is a replacement for the previous model purchased 2008 that failed and out of warranty. This is one of my favorite everyday screwdriver drill.

Very nice hex screwdriver, well balanced in hand. Full gage on side to see battery life, kit came with 2-1.5 batteries, charger, bit, and bag so great price.

This is a great, compact screwdriver! I enjoy the power adjustments, so as not to strip out screw heads when a ton of power isn’t needed. Another great tool from Milwaukee.

Bought a 2nd just because I depend on it so heavily, can’t have it going down on me with no replacement. Great deal with the 2 batteries.

I love this tool, I purchased it to replace my Dewalt Gyroscopic screwdriver, what a difference. It’s perfect for when I need a cordless screwdriver to help me finish tasks in a hurry. Great tool, highly recommend

Tools works great but is missing quality of life features. It dosent spin very fast (which is expected for a screwdriver) and there is no speed select but it can still drill through drywall & wood when needed (I used this drill to predrill and mount a TV to the wall). Unfortunately the 1/4" hex check won't auto lock the bit in and dosent shoot the bit out when unlocked. Gerenally this is a good drill and for home consumer use it works great. But it is an entry level tool. I give it three stars because the tool has all the basic requierments but once you try it you will want to upgrade to the more expensive fuel to get the extra features this one is lacking. So if you have to choose between this or the fule version, just get the fuel, because if you buy this one you will probably buy the fule later anyways.

The unit has low rpm so you stay in complete control tightening fasteners

The screwdriver is great, it has different speeds, practical, light, compact, I just need more accessories for other needs.

Over the holidays I bought a less expensive cordless screwdriver (from a company with the initials B&D), but upon its arrival and trying it out felt like a toy with only a single speed and very little torque for driving screws into wood. I decided to send it back and spend more on something I would and could use for many years. Since I already had Milwaukee M12 tools and batteries it made much more sense. I am really impressed by this screwdriver. It is more compact than the M12 drill I have and nice to have a dedicated tool to use for screws so my drill is always ready for drilling. The screwdriver kit comes with 2-1.5ah M12 batteries, M12 charger, phillips head bit, and soft case. The screwdriver has a built in LED fuel gauge so you know how much battery is left. The screwdriver is variable speed between 0-500 rpm with a peak torque rating of 175 in-lbs. The adjustable clutch ring has 8 settings ranging from small screws into soft wood to large screws into hard wood. While it's not the Fuel line of tools it's still a great addition to my tool cabinet.

Works perfectly after a year of hard service in a small engine shop.

Had it for three weeks so far and going Strong. I still have not recharged the battery and it is used every day.

Today I find myself looking for a new 2401-20... I purchased the old one about 6-7 years ago, I believe it was the first generation, the new ones don't look a lot different. I use this tool daily at my shop. I've beat on it, Use it as a torque wrench sometimes and it just never gave up as much heck as I put it thru. The rubber around it finally gave up a couple years ago, but the drill wouldn't die.... Finally today after using it like a heavy ratchet, it started to smoke but still works! I think it's about time to buy a new one! It was expensive 7 years ago, but it was the best $$ i've ever spent! Im a professional mechanic...I was truly USED!

The batteries and charger alone are with the purchase price. The Drill is a side bonus that is great for those small jobs that you only want to bring a small tool bag to.

I'm using it for working on beverage equipment, works great! I get a week out of one battery charge, and has more than plenty of power, seems like is handling everything I throw at it effortless. I had to drill a few holes in plastic, no problems at all! Makes my work much faster and gets into really tight places. Really lightweight to! I will definitely buy this screwdriver again!

I've been using it every day at work. Very happy with its performance and the battery's long life.

it's a great drill its lightweight with tons of power there is a brushless version but still this drill is amazing
