I tried ordering 14 of these 4 separate times and Home Depot managed to screw up on every occasion. We paid for expedited shipping and Home Depot kept messing up the delivery. Staff at the Northern Blvd store were rude and incompetent. I checked the inventory online and called the store to have them confirm, but when the Home Depot driver got to the store, they only had 5 of the 14 we ordered. I waited on hold for ages several times and after they have you on hold for 45 mins or so they just hang up on you. This was the single worst experience I've had as a purchaser. When we finally arranged for a driver to come and deliver them to where we needed them to go, they all turned out to be severely damaged. The finish on all of them was terrible and many were banged up and dented. I have wasted so much time on this when I'm supposed to be working on other things and now I have to arrange for the return of all 14 bathtubs. My beef is more with Home Depot than the manufacturer. I'm going to call them and order directly from them. The woman at the Northern Blvd Home Depot bathroom section was extremely lazy, dumb and entitled. They would put me on hold for 20 mins, ask for one of the two SKU numbers they needed, put you on hold for another 30 minutes and then hang up on you. You guys stink.

This tub was a replacement for our old damaged tub. We had someone install this for us. Ease of installation was probably easy normally, but we had to have the drain relocated because the original unit had a center drain. This has only been in for about a week and it seems to be doing just fine. More space than the original tub.

Perfect for saltbox cape with only one full bathroom - gave us a little extra room than if we put standard 60" tub. Got matching surround too and looks great.

We'be had the tub for about a month now. Seems pretty decent. A little narrow to really enjoy a good soak, and I am an average size woman (size 12 clothing ). Also not quite long enough for soaking , but had to buy this to fit the existing space. So far, so good.

Disappointed in width of tub (do not need arm rests in a bathtub) & sides of tub are too high for stepping in and out.

Decently solid construction, delivered on time. Waiting to complete bathroom renovation to give it a test fill.

I needed a 4 1/2' tub to replace one in an old house. There's really not a big selection of tubs in this size, especially in the price range I could handle. I chose this one over a less expensive enameled steel one because it seemed like a better quality tub. I installed it on a plywood floor using floor leveler surrounded by spray foam. The result was a nice solid feel that I believe will hold up well. It was a very simple installation, but due to the height of the tub you will need to use either a long drain assembly or a short extension with a standard one. It looks great and the nonslip bottom works well. The negatives: One of the corner braces under the tub was loose and not secured to the apron. It was not a problem since it was installed into the leveling compound, but was worth mentioning. Also, it's a little bit of a challenge getting in and out because of the height of the sides and how much higher the bottom of the tub is than the bathroom floor. At 6'3 & 270lbs this tub is a bit cramped. But I have no problem showering in it. All things considered I'm happy with this tub choice and recommend it for anyone who needs a tub for a smaller than standard space.

Installed 2 tubs on 2 bathrooms in my house. Used to have just the shower. Wife loved them. Kids loved them. Skirt definitely gives it a nice look as a single item.

I am very pleased with the quality and looks of this soaking tub. It is a smaller size but lacks nothing in style and functionality. I LOVE IT!!!

the product was well packaged, had great instructions, and was easy to work with. The first delivery came damaged but Home Depot made it right and delivered it to the work site. The matching tub surround worked well also.

The sloping back and the indentations for the arm rests make for a very small area,tomactuallynsit in the tub. I was prepared for the shortened length but the other indentations resulted in such a small interior tub space that I was unable to be comfortable (and I a, only 5'2"). Had to return. Go to the manufacturers website to see a PDF of the interior dimensions. Nice tub otherwise. Arrived ahead of schedule and the return was without hassle.

No trouble getting the tub in. Hookups went well too. Looking forward to using the new tub.

I love this tub. The slope of the backrest is perfect and also the length. The extra 6" gave me room to make a shelf for toiletries.

Easy to install because it was nice and lightweight. Compact, but nice and deep for a small tub. Will work great for the grandchildren when they visit. There was a slight flaw in the material at the back of the tub, but it will be covered by tile, so it won't matter.

Very satisfied with the tub and manufacturer. First tub was damaged (more than likely not manufacturers issue). Second tub had small chip in acrylic, manufacturer support instructed me to install tub and immediately flied a warranty claim for me. The tub was repaired on site within a few weeks at no cost to me.

The tub is nice and deep. Bit small though in length. Had to make some adjustments because of the reduced length size. Found the corners of the tub to be very thin and cracked easily while installing it. After some surface concealment, it looks okay. But, what can you expect ordering something online with only a picture to observe. Probably will not do it again this way. Bit risky.

Easy installation! Very supportive. Definitely got my bang for the buck.
