The wall has to be perfectly flat for the top plate to snap on and look decent. It is also prone to fall off for no reason. It still has all the screws but the are on the under plate and they are short.
Very Sensitive and Difficult

Super easy to install. Sleek look. One drawback... bought almond and it doesn’t match the dimmer knob. The plate that would match the knob wouldn’t match the wall. No dimmer knobs in almond. *sigh*

Easy to install. Plus you can loosen the screws...
Easy to install. Plus you can loosen the screws attaching the switches to the wall, attach the inner Fassada plate, then carefully re-tighten the mounting screws through the clearance holes until the inner just touches the wall, assuring perfect contact (no gaps) when the outer plate is snapped on.

This is not represented by the true product, between my wife and I we made three trips to get the correct part. One from mail order was the wrong color. I finally went to a local hardware store and got the correct one.
