Easy install, Good Look, bit pricey
Just purchase a pair of light fixtures for our living room that had exposed bulbs, when the bulb is exposed I like to have the ability to turn it down a bit to prevent inadvertent blinding when looking at the lamp.
These switches were exactly what we were looking for, but they are definitely the most expensive of the single pole options available which is the biggest complaint I have.
Installation is pretty easy if you have ever done any kind of electrical work before, and if your house is newer you can generally look at the existing switch and figure it out.
A couple of notes about mounting. If you are replacing existing switches with this switch, especially a bank of switches, you will need to buy a new faceplate separately, and likely will have to replace the other switches on the group if they are the toggle style because the faceplates are different. Also, when installing beside other switches you will notice that there are 3 metal tabs along each side of the switch, these will interfere with the fitment of the other switches, the tabs are designed to be snapped off if needed so just use some pliers and bend them back and forth a couple of times and they will pop right off.

I like them
I like the Lutron slide dimmers better, but the missus likes these - so guess what we ended up with?
Thought I would hate the self-illumination, but it is subtle and a very nice touch. Dimmer function well, solid construction, and look great.

Don'e believe the hype...
I installed 14 of these in my house.
This is what I noticed...
The slide bar that controls the dimmer is very small, making it hard to operate.
Also, after a couple of years, about 4 of the switches had the same issue. The dimming slide bar turned harder and harder to slide, until the thin layer of plastic on the right side broke.
I thought it was because the swich was installed in the box too tight, thus loosened the screws a bit, yet the problem remains.
I'm about to go through a second round of switches, but at 25 bucks a piece, I'll be using another type.

Lighted switch
Switch is easy to install and is a very nice accent to my walls. The illuminated switch is a great bonus.

Excellent product.
As a stand alone or a replacement, this product is great. When all the lights are off, there is a small backlight to the switch to help you locate the switch at night. If you're like me you really only want to turn your lights on and off and have the ability to adjust the light intensity.
When installing, I had a dual circuit, meaning I needed two of these side by side. I had to carefully disassemble the cover plate and then snap off some metal pieces on the inside. This allows you to put them side by side in the same junction box.
Overall, this product was great and easy to install. Took about 20 minutes to put both in side by side.
