The lighting is great and I love the fact that the cover is screwed on and can't come off easily. Looks great!

We installed 6 well lights in 2011. During the first summer we had to replace a bulb or two. It's a bit of a pain because you need to remove 8 screws to get to the bulb. Yesterday, when doing a spring clean up, i discovered water in 4 of them which caused the bulbs to break, In one of them, the base that holds the bulbs melted. When working, they make the bushes look great, but require maintenance.

Very difficult to replace burned-out bulbs. The screws rust into the housing after about a year. Those must be drilled out and replaced, a tough task. Be sure to coat screws with grease before first use, if you can extract them from the new housing, that is. Some screws are over-tightened at the factory. I've bought about ten of them and had to replace every one.

with not water tight seal at the base of the fixture which is underground moisture gets into the can thus causing a high failure rate of the can. Now that they have been installed about 3 weeks I wish I would have saved all boxes I would return everyone of them for this reason. there should be some sort of seal at the can penitrations that are burried undground. the overall appearance is nice and the light reflects very well otherwise.

I had three of these lights placed around my tress and the casings rotted out within three years.

the light fixture should be made out of high impact plastic ,so when put underground it will not rust .

Light is well built and has a solid metal housing. Great for lighting up the house, trees and shrubs. wish there was a stake at the bottom to better hold in place. Although, If you pack it tight with soil it does stay pretty good.

After long search I found what I want and surprisingly under my budget. It is excellent and added to your house value. Looks so beautiful in winter
