Always sad to see "hecho en China" on a product that could be made here. I would gladly pay a few more dollars if it was Made in USA. Hardware was sub-par and the heads of the 3" long wood screws stripped out before they could be driven home. The heads are a hybrid Phillips/slotted and accommodate a Phillips or straight blade screwdriver. The Phillips was too sloppy for a long, hard drive into a ceiling joist and the straight slot stripped out before it hit home. I pre-drilled the recommended pilot hole beforehand too. I ended up using 3-1/2" construction screws with a T-25 Torx head. No problem with those screws hitting home. The other problem was an incompletely machined screw head on a screw that is used to attach the blades to the armature. I photographed it below. I could not file or cut an adequate slot to use the screw and had to rig something with a screw from my own hardware collection. The fan works and looks okay but hardware issues made me give two stars to the entire package.

As an electrician, i approve this ceiling fan all around. For under $100, this fan is perfect for smaller rooms with low ceilings. Installation was a breeze and the fan pushes a good amount of air and quiet. We will purcashing again for another room

Great size fan for a small room! Perfect color metal with wood blades for our newly remodeled kitchen, goes great with our cabinets. Low profile flush mount with no light is perfect! Works with fan switch on the wall to turn on and off and change speeds. Love it!

Great looks, the wood finish is really rich looking, moves air nicely the add on lights look great, I will be purchasing them again!

Easy assemble even for an amateur

As always, Hunter has provided a quality product. It is quiet with very little wobble even at the high-speed setting. Normally, I submit reviews after using a product for a while but I am confident that, like the other two Hunter fans in our home, this fan will provide years of service and good looks.

Exactly what I was looking for. I had a vintage pewter light kit and purchased this ceiling fan to go with it . Perfect. I have an 8' ceiling and was concerned about head room under it after light was attached. No need to worry, I am 5' 11" and can walk under it. And I love the look. You can not tell from the pictures but the light fixture has yellow stain glass. Very pretty.

Im not electrically or mechanically inclined so I called a electrician to install this. It was done in one hour and works/looks great! Would definitely recommend.

We have a 1966 Tri-Level with 8 foot ceilings. We cannot have a ceiling with with any sort of extension. We found this fan online and had it delivered to our house. Delivery was quick..three days and this was around Christmas! My husband installed the fan and we love it. The fan was easy to install and it is so quiet. In addition, the fan is attractive and not boring or cheap looking. The blades are reversible. One side is a dark wood, the other is a lighter finish. We chose the dark wood.

Just got it installed. So far so good. Will wait a few years. Had one before and after a few years the motor started making a humming noise.
