This product worked well, had to paint stoops at house which are concrete. I applied this & let it dry before applying concrete paint & the paint adhered well!!! I would recommend this product

It’s very thin but does spread easily.

Goes down easy and drys quickly

primed virgin concrete garage floor new construction house. 1 coat primer, 2 coats floor paint, 2 coats satin clear. Turned out great!

Worked as advertised, paint has bonded to floor and held so far (1mo.).

I can't say whether or not this product makes a difference as far as improving adhesion to the floor. I didn't paint any areas of concrete without to compare. I do know that my employer uses this when we are redoing parts of our shop floor with a totally different 2 part epoxy. I know we've seen some minor improvements in adhesion with it. The big improvement that our maintenance guys mentioned is that the epoxy rolls on much better. They told me that before using the bonding primer the epoxy would want to just stay on the roller and not stick to the floor. It doesn't take that much to cover an area so I'd say it's worth using

I felt it needed two coats

I am not really satisfied with the way my garage floor came out..I ended up buying another sealer which had a very strong odor and caused the paint to bubble...the first sealer turned milkey white when I spilled water on it...Next time I will probably go with a two part kit...I used another product before and my floor is still holding out with no chipping of delaminating at all.

Why Home Depot would ask for a review only 2 months from purchase does not make sense for this product. The application of this product went great, I got very good coverage on a 2 1/2 car garage floor which was resurfaced with Top and Bond. I use a special Drylock 1 part epoxy floor paint ($62 gallon) over the Lock-Down. After a few weeks, everything is great. However, over time is the real test, does it continue not to peal etc.

Flowed very well had no problems with this product

The whole Seal Krete line did not meet my expectations. I followed the directions per the can and stayed off the painted service in my garage for 7 days, longer than the 5 day requirement, and the paint still lifted. Don't waste your money.

It went on easily, just follow the directions on the can. The only difficult part is that it goes on clear so you really have to keep track of where you have applied the primer. It starts off a little opaque, but then becomes clear as it dries. There is a little sheen to it so you can see if you have missed a spot with the right lighting.
