Heavy duty, would have been better if it was available with the knock down frame. Purchased it separately.

The door itself was well built and came within 2 weeks (it was projected to take a month). The only issue was that the glass was broken and I had an extremely difficult time getting ahold of somehow to help rectify the issue. In the end, I just bought new glass (another $250) and installed the new glass myself.

The door is fine, dealing with Home Depot was terrible..Trying to talk to a real person is a real ordeal. Much more pleasant and easier to go somewhere else, now I know and will act accordingly. Other than that everything was OK.

Door was built well but when i opened package to install door was bare metal no primer. Other than the no primer , door its self was very solid .

Great quality fire rated glass commercial door for the money. Yes it’s not opaque grey primer like your used too. But primed nonetheless using galvanized ready to paint material. Did the full grout install and turned out solid and true. Latch hardware was missing but a quick call to the manufacturer took care of the issue. No regrets would buy again if the need arose. Yes it’s a welded door frame and yes if you prefer knockdown frame then don’t buy the pre-hung welded frame. Seems simple enough. I would recommend too. If you’re used to buying $2500 commercial doors then be my guest but don’t compare apples to oranges. We all get it, you’re special. I did install a commercial door closer. It has adjustable spring return hinges but it’s a heavy door and could catch a finger or small child. Lastly this was a retrofitted door install and the rough-in required some prep for space and a plumb fitment. The rough-in is a little bigger then a standard residential house.

I only give this door a 4 star rating, not because of the door quality but because the glass was cracked when I received it. I purchased this on line so the local store wouldn't help me replace it. Rather than the hassle of dealing with the corporate return, I'll just have to replace the glass myself. As for the door, I like it. I did notice before I bought the door that a lot of the reviews complained of doors being shipped damaged. I looked the crate over real good before opening it, and the crate was not damaged.

Handle sucks

Both door came damaged. Frames where twisted. Bottom support rails on both doors had one been broken off. One door had two dents in the door. Spent six hours trying to straighten the doors before I had them laid out for the brick wall. Home Depot would do nothing for a price reduction.

Door came damaged and box it was in crushed and open. The door also is not grey as picture shows. It is raw metal. Really disappointed in Home Depot delivery and quality. Not to mention took 1 month to get.

Least expensive door I could find with these features. Home Depot had it arrive much sooner than estimated and pickup was a breeze. Door and frame we're installed into block building using concrete and seems very sturdy

DID NOT FIT THE OLD FRAME. WOULD NOT WORK....

I order 3 doors. It took long time to get those, when finally i come to pick the product all of them was damaged. Bad service.
