Klein hand tools are tough to beat, not sure if the latest makes are! I have this 2100-9 and it feels robust, fit and finish could have been better but it's a Klein.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these a week ago, and they have been fantastic at cutting fiber optics and CAT6.

These are solid little sizzors for electrical and general cutting. They are heavy duty and very well made in USA by Klein. The serrated teeth on the cutting edge really help to hold what you're cutting. Overall, another quality Klein tool that cuts anything from wire/insulation, to canvas, leather, etc.

Great tool for cutting and stripping low-voltage cable. I've used these and the nickel-plated version (Klein 2100-7). They are both excellent electrician's scissors but between the two I prefer these ones. They seem to keep their edge a bit better and give me a better grip when stripping cable. Either way, definitely go with a version that has the serrated teeth, they keep the blade right where you want it. I generally use these to cut and strip 18-23awg cable as well as scoring jackets of cat5/6 and "banana-peel" composite/bundled security cable but have occasionally used them stripping larger 12/14 awg cable and they took it like a champ. Cutting zip-ties doesn't cause these to lose their edge either. Really can't beat the versatility of these scissors when you need to work with a variety of cable types, I would choose these over traditional strippers any day of the week.

The stainless steel really makes a huge difference.

Heavy duty tool. Maintains sharpness very well. Definitely would recommend this stainless steel version over the other versions. Klein is American made!!!

As a career "Ma Bell" splicer, these are the best on the market. MADE IN USA, stainless, precision machined and sharpened. I'm retired, but still find myself reaching for these ....... the absolute genuine critter !

These snips are the same great quality as the ones I used for 30 years as a technician at a phone company. They are pre-corrugated for superb grip when stripping wires. I loved them then and I love them now!

This a must have for low voltage work, super sharp , with many features .

High quality USA-made product by Klein. These stainless splicer’s snips are excellent !

I bought a pair of these in 2011, wife used them in the garden a few times, accidentally left them outside and it rained. They did not rust where I was used to the regular scissors doing this, as for what they were built to do, they are awesome. As all scissors, once you get the tension set right, they deliver. I had to buy a new pair in 2019, as I had lost the original pair. If I loose or damage this set, I'll buy another one.

The serrated teeth make a big difference. It allows you to cut larger copper wire without the wire slippinging(pushing) foward out the blades. I have used many different brands and styles over the last 16 years and I found this works the best.
