[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is garbage...black connecting piece gets stuck everytime and it's a pain in the back to get out. Please don't buy this rubbish, if you do be careful you don't get badly injured trying to find a way to get that black piece out...TRASH

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've had my food processor for a couple months, up to this point I had liked it. I am disappointed with the quality of the product. A Couple weeks ago the plastic handle on my food processor bowl popped off and no longer works. I have tried to contact customer service a couple times now to no avail. When I finally did get a lady she was very polite but the systems were down and she asked me to call back. I feel so disheartened as this food processor has been on my wish list for years now and I finally had gotten one! For a women whose taking care of a family of five, it's very hard to always be on the phone with customer service. I still have not called back and miss my food processor every day. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I have other KitchenAid products that I love. This food processor actually works very well. However, it has a major design flaw. The feed tube is not the same shape on both sides. The very first time I used it, I was quickly feeding cabbage into it & I put it in the wrong way. Now the feed tube is wedged in & will not come out. Unfortunately, there is cabbage stuck inside. I have used this product once & it is essentially ruined. Very disappointed.

After researching into the market for a long time, I've finally settled on kitchenaid due to good experience I had with other kitchenaid products. The materials used are very firm and durable. Most importantly, the efficient cutting process helped me shorten the time for food preparation. Love it!

It was very noisy; you could not hear the person standing next to me and putting it in the cupboard was a problem. I love making felafels with my new machine, it does an amazing job. It is easy to put together and just as easy to clean and reassemble.

After owning a few different types of food processors, I was ready to get a little better model. I did tons of research and ending up choosing this one. It works great! Smooth and steady, it powers through just about anything you stick in there. Very large capacity, yet compact enough to sit underneath the cupboard above it. I love the fact that the high liquid level is higher than the competitions. Highly recommend this item.

However I had to return it as the performance was terrible couldn't even pulse my chick peas. Still had chunks of chick peas in the hummus.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I felt it’s hard to clean the blade after grinding the meat and if I didn’t clean it thoroughly, it smells so bad the next time I use. Hope there come with a cleaning brush with the food processor.

It comes in handy to us, definitely when I dont wanna cut a million thing. Always pull it out during the holidays, since that's when I cook food to bring to the family. It makes life so much easier. Has 3 simple setting, hi, low and pulse. This is nice so I don't have to rember what some crazy name of a chopping speed is called. I would definitely recommend it.

As in not even once. The upside is that it is easy to clean, given that it can’t actually be used to do anything. Would not recommend, and actually hurt my opinion of Kitchen Aid overall (I love my mixer, but this was SO disappointing).

I purchased my food processor over a year ago and have used it a total of about six times. I attempted to utilize it this week, and it will not even turn on. It does not make any sound, just acts as no power is received. Beginning to wonder about Kitchenaid, who we have supported for many years, but have had (2) microwaves within the past 12 years and getting ready to replace it as well for a third time.
