The kit was easy to assemble thanks to clear instructions. Some minor adjustments had to be made to fit the windows and doors just right. Overall, everything is very good. The look is great with the right mix of wood and plastic parts. All the hardware fit correctly with the right number of parts to get the job done.

Good quality, one plastic piece did chip during shipping but was on the inside and a little glue took care of it. Granddaughter loves her new tiny home!

Purchased last spring for my 2 year old and it didn't last longer than 2 months. Wood started splitting, then breaking, with screws and nails exposed. Very unsafe. The only part that lasted through the summer was the sun cover. Very disappointed.

My son plays for hours in this sand box. We are happy with this product, although I've had difficulties in purchasing replacement parts.

We had 1 wrong piece of the house in the box ( labeled correctly, wrong part ). Customer service were AMAZING, shipping it overnight so the house will be ready for the birthday party. Relatively easy to assemble. Solid structure & design.

We bought this product for my 2 year old. We put it outside and put down stepping stones to the door and he loves it. He is always so excited to get home to "his" house! Easy to put together and light weight enough to move it around the yard of it needed to be moved but stable enough to stay in high winds! Love it!

I built this for my granddaughter (I am a female) and the directions were perfect. The components were first class. When finished we had a sweet little house for her; and she could use it as a grocery store and fast food restaurant due to the back window. It has made it though the first snowy winter and looks like new.

we own this precious playhouse and it is absolutely perfect! my 2-year old and 4-year old cannot get enough of "their" house. it is a great size that does not take up too much room in our yard, but is still large enough to let both kids play.
