Some of the screws don’t go in straight & the cover doesn’t even cover the sand box.

One of the seats broke. Is there a way to order a replacement?

Easy to put together, but wood was already splitting before I started.

One of the boards was broken and needs to be glued. The cover is low quality and will likely only last about 10 times before it deteriorates beyond use. I put the cover on and off 3 times and the straps are already looking ragged. Other than those two issues, it's nice enough, but those are big enough problems to make this a 2-star.

It's everything I wanted. Simple to assemble. No real complaints, but one suggestion. The cover could be slightly larger. It leaves gaps around the edges. Overall, quite pleased.

2 years after install I am currently on my way to the hardware store to buy four 5' long pieces of pressure treated 2x8 so I can tear down and replace this soft, weathered and falling apart sandbox. This was not the level of quality I would have expected from this company.

Sandbox is what it is, great for the kids to play and enjoy. Decent construction, large enough for multiple kids to play together. HOWEVER, don't try to contact their customer service department with any issues because they are totally incompetent, useless, and rude. If you purchase this sandbox, you are on your own.

Easy assembly - seems very sturdy.

This product , while it has a good design, is not worth the money. The wood is very soft and the first time my 2 year old stepped on the seats they broke.. The sides bow easily and had to be reinforced to keep from breaking. The top cover then tore easily when some animal tried to gain access to the sand the next night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

The sandbox itself is good looking, sturdy enough wood. If it outgrows its use as a sandbox for my toddlers, it could be used as a nice raised flowerbed or vegetable garden. The cover it came with is pretty much useless. It is the oddest shape and would not keep out much of anything, so I purchased a drawstring tarp that works ok. The liner doesn't fit snugly against the inside edges of the sandbox, so, in addition to that, I first used a layer of the landscape weed fabric under the whole thing.

Bought this for my grandson and I'm very happy with quality and the ease of putting it together. I'm sure he'll enjoy this for a long time. This was money well spent and I'm sure other people would be happy with product.
