Lightweight, easy setup, perfect for two! This is our second summer using this spa and we are very happy with it. The spa is lightweight and easy to setup with two people. Additionally, this spa is better suited for two people than the advertised four as you'd find yourself cramped for legroom. The spa is nicely insulated and holds a constant temperature when using the included cover. It also hold a constant temperature during use, even when injecting air into the jets. The lighted controls are simple and intuitive. The LED in the tub has various selectable colors or cycles. We enjoying using our spa at night and find this feature to be very nice, as well as included ice bucket which has an easy drain at the bottom. We use bromine and find that the filtration system does an excellent job in not only heating the water, but keeping it clean as well. This is an excellent spa. Look around for sales and jump in it when it becomes available for under 3K like I did. You'll be very happy you did!

Perfect size for underneath my 2 story deck. I purchased this spa in August, 2017, and have been enjoying since that time, Fall into Winter (IL can be brutally cold) and now Spring & Summer. Set up was a breeze! Very easy to maintain and balance the water. I'm using the Nature2 Spa Stick without chlorine or bromine. I add a little dichlor after every use and the water stays crystal clear. And the aroma-therapy Nature2 Cense. Love all the different scents. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Have had our little tub for 8 months, love it, perfect for the two of us! Have changed the filter out at 7 months, no problem. The tub does not drain out all of the way so there is a little manual labor needed to finish the job. Circulation selection needs to be reset after each cleaning, no problem, just poke a few buttons....love the plug & play feature, do not have to put in 220V to enjoy some hot tubbing under the stars!

We live in Wisconsin and got ours last September but did not really get to use it as much as I had hoped. This March despite the late winter we had, it has been more productive for us to be able to enjoy it more. This model has the underwater light and waterfall feature that many more expensive units I had shopped for before we decided on this one. It is so relaxing to be able to rest our weary old 60+ bodies in something daily in something we could only get when we traveled to a hotel.

We've had our spa a year & really enjoy it! There was a minor issue with the temperature gauge. It was still under warranty and they promptly fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this spa for a family or senior citizens We love it! The grandkids really love it!

This is our first spa, was very easy to install, delivery person was very helpful by placing the spa right next to the deck I built for it. I was able to lift it right onto the deck with no problem. We have had it since May 2018 and it has worked flawlessly. The spa was purchased for medical reasons and relaxation. My wife and I like to use it a couple hours before bed and have noticed we have been sleeping so much better because we are so relaxed.

This spa has all of the features that we wanted; size big enough for 3 adults yet small enough to be truly portable. Economical and efficient. Filter that is easy to clean. Great light show at night. Built in ice bucket. Included spa cover is sturdy yet easy enough to pick up and move by one person. We love the Key Largo! After one year of use, I don't have anything negative to say about it!

I purchased this spa knowing it was a lower end/entry level product. The delivery was excellent, the quality seems very good (except for loose ground wire and a lag bolt bouncing round inside the equipment cavity), plug&play was great and apparently the insulation is outstanding. The delivery driver told me to remove it from the pallet, put some cardboard down and just roll it into the back yard. So easy to get into position. The spa looks good and despite the pebble finish is very comfortable to sit in. The cover fits nicely and seems to be reasonable quality. The light changes rapidly from color to color but with a little playing, I discovered you can make it stay on one color. The controls are very simple. The problem we are having is with the heating method. This unit doesn't have a separate heater and uses the heat generated by the motor for heat. Anytime the filter/motor runs (normal filter cycle is two hours per day) the spa is heating. In the summer in Southern Nevada this two hours of heat brings the temperature to 107-108, we get a "OH" condition and the motor will not operate...not to mention 108 is not too comfortable to get in to. After working with their tech support (and condescending tech) and then one of the managers, the suggestion was to reduce the filter time, leave the air jets on and place a towel under the edge of the cover to allow some heat to escape. He explained they have issues with overheating during summer months in hot climates like Southern Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Southern California and i am sure anywhere the temperature approaches triple digits. Because our temperatures often dip well below freezing in the winter my concern with a 110v unit was keeping it warm in the winter. With the amount of insulation ti has, I have no doubt keeping warm in the winter won't be an issue however maintaining a decent temperature in the summer has shown itself to be a major problem. I regret we didn't purchase one of the 110v/220v units which has the separate heater. That way when the temperature is up the heater will remain off. I think the spa would be great in a cooler climate but I cannot recommend it for the desert in the summer. I would have been nice if the description would have had something about that but oh well....I am rating two stars because of the non disclosed and over heating issues with hot climates.

So far so good, but the owner's manual is a joke. Beware, there are instructions in it that are NOT for the Key Largo.

I am at work, Husband calls and say's it's here!!! 3 hours later a get a picture with the Hot Tub on the Deck full of water and running. Really! He was able to get it through the garage through the kitchen and on to our 2nd story deck----by himself---(with no assistance)!!! Took about 24 hours to get to 104 degrees, so what...Once it's there, it stays there. I have been in this tub 8 times in the last 3 days and am about to go in again. The Jets seem to get better with each use. It feels luxurious and like a gift that will keep on giving. I am very pleased with this purchase---and I am a picky Virgo who finds fault with everything....

Overall Delighted with the hot tub. Great value in comparison to similar products. Fits in our space and performs well. Easy to set up and install. Got up to temperature quickly and maintains well even in 40 degree winter nights. Easy operation and controls with all the features with the energy savings and value package. My call to customer service with a question was handled promptly with an expert answering the call. So far, exceeding expectations.

We did a fair amount of research of plug and play portable spas before finally ordering this Lifesmart model from Home Depot. We were actually leaning toward a different brand from a different seller -- because we were looking for something that looked very natural and would blend into our rocky outdoor area and we were tempted by the brands that offered the faux stone on the outside of them. Two months after our purchase, we are very happy with our decision to buy the LIfesmart Key Largo DLX. It arrived approximately one week after order (about a week earlier than what was originally anticipated. It was easy for my husband and I to maneuver it from outside the front of our house, through our house, and out onto the back deck. We did this by simply turning it on its side and rolling it. My husband had no trouble getting it up and running perfectly within 24 hours. We live in Northern AZ, where the spring/summer daytime high does not get much higher than 90 and in the evenings it goes down to the 50s and 60s. The hot tub has stayed consistently at between 101-103 degrees even when we are in it with the jets on for periods of between 45 minutes and an hour. It will be interesting to see during the colder winter months how this goes. Although this is considered a 4-person hot tub, I would say that it would be very crowded (uncomfortably so) with four adults in it, unless they are all small. We are average sized and feel it's just perfect for the two of us to relax in and spread out without feeling tight. Three adults could fit nicely if they don't mind not stretching their legs out. Love the LED lighting and prefer to keep it on the constant light blue setting. The water feature is nice, but as the last reviewer commented, the water level rises when two adults get in the tub so that it's actually covered by the water surface. The jets are well positioned so that you can either sit somewhere with lots of pressure or in an area where there is little. The top comes off easily and is easily put back on by one person. Overall, the appearance is really nice. I was concerned from some of the photos that it might look too plasticky. But it actually looks really nice, like a stone texture, and it blends in beautifully with our natural setting. This part made me really happy. It does not look cheap, like so many of the other plug and play models and brands out there. For the price we paid, we think we got a great deal. Thank you Home Depot. We also got to use our HD card with interest free financing for 18 months, so that was a bonus. It is easy to maintain with the chlorine and PH. It really is the best major purchase we've made in a long time. Also very durable like the description says. It's a little slippery on the inside on the seats, but we got around this by cutting a bathmat and sticking it down when we're in the tub. It's not too noisy compared to some other hot tubs I've been in.

We ordered this hot tub at HD online. We received it sooner than expected in just 2 weeks. The Hot tub is delivered on a 3 foot by 6 foot pallet on its side. Three of us were able to slide it around the house, cut it loose from the pallet and tip it up onto the deck without any trouble. I partially filled it with the garden hose and then ran hot water from the washing machine supply to get the temp to 60. The instruction say to not use hot water but as long as you keep the temperature under 100 you can't damage anything. It still took 36 hours to heat to 100. The pump makes a low humming noise but is not intrusive. I am 5'7" and I step right into the tub but I built a 5" step for my 5'3" wife. The tub is like the Tardis, it is bigger on the inside. I really like the open arrangement without seat compartments and the shape of the tub allows comfortable positions from multiple angles. We did get a spa pillow for my wife so that she can sit a bit higher. Because the water level rises quite a bit with just two people, the waterfall is pretty much useless. The jets are more powerful than expected especially when the bubbles are on. During use with the jets on, the tub will maintain or increase temperature because the heater is working whenever the jets are on. Since the air is colder than the water you can adjust the bubbles to keep the temperature from rising during use. I had a little trouble with foaming until I increased the hardness of the water. It is easy to maintain the water with the ozonator. I simply add a bit of chlorine after every use and check the PH periodically. The inside surface had a few prickly spots that were easy to smooth out with very fine 1500 wet-dry sandpaper. Very pleased with this purchase.

We got this hot tub to replace a Coleman blow-up one and all I can say is WOW, so much different in a great way!! The other one we had the pump would run all the time and was loud and noisy, this one is quiet and only goes on when needed like a refrigerator. The 20 jets are great and very soothing, so glad we opted for the 20 jet one as this allows my husband and I to move around and take advantage of all of them. It is just my husband and I and it works great for the 2 of us. It does take a little bit after first filling it up to heat up the water, but we mix a little warm water with the cold as our water here in NC is very cold. It also has the light inside as well as the waterfall, which can be fun. Delivery was exactly when promised and very smooth in that the delivery guy helped get in our back yard to basement door, which is where it is.

Very nice tub for the money. Easy to maintain and clean. The filter is a bit small, so I bought and use one that has twice the surface area (50 sq. ft). This lasts longer, and gets more suction/power from the pump. I have had two hot tubs before this (Softub and Marquis), and this is my favorite one!

Very nice. I would not count on it being very comfortable for 4 people but for 2 people it’s fantastic.

Love the hot tub. Arrived early. No problem getting it to back patio. There was a noticeable warping on one portion of bottom of tub where insulation pulled away from the shell. We felt that once the tub was on our slab and filled up that that would push down and close. No leaks. Would recommend.

We have owned this hot tub for over a year now and couldn't be happier! Our previous tub, a 7 person tub that was 220 volt, was twice the cost. We were concerned about dropping down to the 4 person plug in play. We have found this tub is cost efficient, retains heat very well, is low maintenance, and is perfect to relax in.

This product is a wonderful additional to our lifestyle and outdoor space. It's great quality and looks great. Dealing with the Home Depot and dealing with the distribution/shipping of the product was quick and easy. Everything about the product and this experience has been top notch. We're very pleased with this purchase.

This spa normally sells for about $3500. At that price, the unit is way too small. It was on sale for $2200 and for that price, my family is happy with it. It was easy to set up on a concrete block patio. The electrical hookup is simple because it is just a GFCI, 110-volt plugin. The cover is nice and fits well. The fit is comfortable for two adults, but not four. Four kids would be fine.

Don’t understand why they didn’t drill the cover attachments to the unit. Haven’t used it yet because of that, so need to hire someone to do it for me since I don’t have the tools.

I always wanted to have a jacuzzi at home but the prices were outrageous...then I stumbled across this “plug and play” hot tub at Home Depot. I have had it for more than a year and am totally satisfied with my purchase. No maintenance issues whatsoever and the jets and temperature are spot on for me.

Finally finished the new deck and have the LS200DX on it. First impressions was nice,much bigger then I expected,glad we decided to make our deck bigger. Jets feel good nice amount of pressure for a 110 power system,really enjoyed first night after it reached 104.On second time in I noticed that the control for airflow was not all the way open,WOW!!! this just raised the fun factor by 10.I believe my grandson was adjusting things while I was getting changed on the first night,and I didn't notice it. Home Depot not only provided great customer service on the initial purchase,but also made an adjustment when the unit was on sale at a lower price then the original purchased price. Only problem so far is waiting to get my turn in the hot tub,the children and grandchildren have decided it meets their approval too!

My spa was delivered as expected. Was easy to set up and I love it. Took about 30 minutes to fill and is easy to maintain. I use my local pool and spa stop to test my water monthly and test using strips weekly. This spa is ready whenever I am. Temperature is easily maintained. Love the plug and play feature and the included cover. Plenty of jets and room. I have had my spa in operation just about 6 weeks. Looking forward to cooler weather and using the spa this winter. Awesome after a 12 hour shift at work!!!

We initially bought a two person spa from a different vendor. There were several issues with the manufacturer of the other brand and home depot made it right by upgrading us to this spa. It is awesome! We have had it since March 18' and even in Arizona, we use it quite a bit. We had limited space on our patio and needed something compact enough. I am glad we ultimately got this hot tub because it is the perfect size and has neat features like cup holders and an ice bucket. It is very energy efficient and my electric bill only went up about $15 in the winter and it just filters in the summer. I highly recommend this product!

I am very pleased so far with this product. I give this a 4 /5 rating only as I would prefer more jet power although I understand this is a smaller unit. Ez to start up get started and heats up quickly retaining heat well in cold weather using cover provided.

I have had my tub for about 2 months now but it, has been to hot to use it a lot but, I Love it .
